The customer service was exceptional, but the supervisor is racist! I presented my moms associate form. He caused a fuss. Didn’t want to accept the form and decided to call her job to confirm her employee status. Even after all of this, once I checked out, I checked my billing statement and it shows that I was charged the full rate. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I definitely had my mother file a complaint with Human Resources and he’ll have to answer to them! Beware if you’re an associate or child of an associate. They will scam you! And to put icing on the cake, the general manager just gave me a call “Gregg” and said that since I posted a google review, I was not acting in a “Profession manner” and refused to give me a refund. And still charged me an extra night!! And he also said that me calling HR wouldn’t do anything because this location is franchised. Total disrespect! I felt attacked!! Marriott corporate will take care of it. This has never happened to me at any other Marriott locations. This man made me feel less of a woman the way he talked to me on the phone. I will take this all the way to the news and my 1.5 million Instagram and Twitter followers! I deserve an apology!

Terrible customer service from the staff supervisor and General Manager Gregg! I am a nurse and I decided to visit this location for vacation to escape the snow and to be close to the parks, but boy was I going to get a reality check fast. I was supposed to stay here two nights, on the associate rate, but upon check in, I canceled the 2nd night because it is too far from parks and the airport. I presented my form to the supervisor and the supervisor even called the location to verify employee status. After all of this, he said “ok you’re all set.” I went to my room and went to sleep. Not until today did I find out that I was charged the regular rate and also charged a second night. I called the hotel back to address my billing statement and was met with very rude and disrespectful comments from the General Manager Gregg. He said did you make a google review? Well I’m not refunding you anything because that was unprofessional and there’s nothing Marriott Corporate HR can do about it because this is a franchise location. Talk about top level disrespect!!! How does this man even still have a job talking to customers in this manner. Then to refuse to refund me for a night I canceled at my initial check-in. This location is far away from the parks and they don’t respect you. The front desk associates were great though!!!

The rooms are spacious. I went for a business trip and there was always lots of room/tables downstairs that we would sit at in the evening. It’s right next to a grocery story (Publix) so that was convenient. Ample amount of gym equipment but it was really hot in there-thermostat showed 80 degrees. We mentioned it to them and I think they said something was wrong with it so many people in my group chose not to use the gym for that reason. Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage and oatmeal as well are some fresh cantaloupe, fruit and bread products.

Mi familia y yo volamos a Orlando y nos quedamos 1 noche antes de partir en un crucero al día siguiente. Era fácil llegar al hotel desde el aeropuerto y sin duda superó nuestras expectativas. Hermosas habitaciones, un personal muy amable y servicial, y un gran desayuno por la mañana. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar si te alojas en la zona.

My family and I flew into Orlando and stayed 1 night before leaving on a cruise the next day. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport and definitely exceeded our expectations. Beautiful rooms, a very friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying in the area!

Tive a estadia mais agradável em todos os meus anos visitando hotéis. Eu sou um patrocinador frequente de hotéis devido a estadias de equipes de viagens de trabalho e softball / beisebol. Este hotel tinha as comodidades mais modernas, saudáveis ​​e agradáveis ​​que eu já experimentei. O fator mais importante era o serviço prestado a todos os clientes. Estávamos prontos para assistir ao jogo FSU. Sem ABC. Nunca estive em um hotel de grande marca que não tivesse as quatro principais redes de transmissão disponíveis. This hotel is beautiful, clean and new. Staff is pretty nice. Giving three stars because: 1. On my first night my room wasn’t cleaned. Calls the front desk and they told me I had to schedule maid service in advance. Lol. BS! I was with a large group and no one else scheduled. No biggie. They sent towels. Later they sent TP. And we lived with a days worth of room garbage. 2. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE ABC??? Whole hotel no ABC network. We were all set to watch FSU game. No ABC. I’ve never been at a major brandhotel that doesn’t have the four major broadcasting networks available. So weird and disappointing.I’d stay again. Just warning everyone of the above. Next time I know.

I had the most pleasant stay in all my years of visiting hotels. I am a frequent patron of hotels due to work and softball/baseball travel team stays. This hotel had the most modern, sanity, enjoyable amenities that I have ever experienced. The most important factor was the service that was given to all patrons. The employees are so vibrant, helpful, and willing to go an extra hundred miles to make your stay "a home away from home" stay. I have the most confident feeling that anyone will certainly be very satisfied with their stay at this hotel. I was caught off guard when I left at 3:00 am in the morning and the front desk woman was happy, vibrant, and very cordial. This is often not the scenario when leaving that time but not surprised after as the stay was EXCELLENT. I have to also include that within walking distance you have a Publix, nail salon, WaWa, 7 Eleven and many other stores.

Hotel muy limpio y nuevo. Las habitaciones eran muy espaciosas y modernas, con todas las comodidades. El desayuno que estaba incluido era genial y el personal era increíble y muy amable cada mañana. La ubicación era excelente para ir a Disney, pudiste llegar directamente a la autopista y no tener que lidiar con el tráfico de permanecer en International Drive y te tomas un descanso del ajetreo y el bullicio de la zona del complejo. Very clean and new hotel.The rooms were very spacious and modern, with all the amenities.The breakfast that was included was great and the staff was amazing and very friendly every morning.The location was great for going to Disney, you were able to get right on the highway and not have to deal with the traffic of staying on International Drive and you get a break from the hustle and bustle of the resort area.I would definitely stay again it was amazing!

As acomodações são muito elegantes, modernas e confortavelmente mobiliadas. O café da manhã complementar é excepcional por ser complementar. Accommodations are very stylish, trendy, and comfortably furnished. The complementary breakfast is exceptional for being complementary. There is ample comfortable gathering/socializing space in the lobby and adjacent area. The gym looked very well equipped. My only gripe regards the suite's bathroom: there was not a sufficient ventilation fan, and the shower design lends itself to easy leaking onto the floor.

Excellente hotel! Estuve una noche con mi familia hace una semana, y esta nuevo, recien abierto hace aprox 2 meses! No está tannnn cerca a los parques y las atracciones de Orlando, pero allá uno se acostumbra al tema de las distancias (realmente son como 20min aprox). Las áreas comunes, las habitaciones y el staff, todo 1A! En mi caso, en una habitaciones estuvimos 4 adultos y 1 niña (9 años) y quedamos perfectos, super cómodos. Al lado hay un Publix, así que otro punto positivo. Recomendadísimo!
