Se encuentra en la periferia, pero aún así bien ubicado ya que se encuentra una parada de metro a cinco minutos andando. Zona muy tranquila y junto al.parque Juan Carlos. Habitaciones amplias, bastante limpio, personal muy atento. Parking excesivamente caro, aunque hay sitio por los alrededores. Recomendado para todos los públicos y familias con niños.

Ótimo para se hospedar em familia. Quarto com cama de casal muito confortável e um sofá cama para as crianças. Jarra elétrica, café e chá disponíveis no quarto. O quarto estava bem limpo e arrumado. O buffet de café da manhã é bom. Próximo ao metrô, estação Feria de Madrid. Funcionários atenciosos.

Hotel cerca de Ifema, la parada del metro muy cerca para ir al aeropuerto o al centro. Zonas de aparcamiento gratuitos alrededores del hotel (zona blanca). La piscina en verano es lo mejor, aunque ojalá pongan unas hamacas decentes, las de ahora caen a cachos por ser de plástico baratos. El desayuno muy completo, el hotel muy limpio y moderno. Siempre vamos a este hotel a nuestro paso por Madrid

Como siempre este hotel nunca nos defrauda. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y muy cómodas, instalaciones renovadas. En verano hay aparcamiento sin problema en la calle. El desayuno muy variado y sin masificaciones. Genial el tener que reservar una hora para uso de la piscina por el tema COVID, de esta forma te aseguras poder disfrutarla sin aglomeraciones y con tumbonas y sombrilla. La socorrista muy maja y el personal muy amable. Siempre que venimos a Madrid sin duda elegimos este hotel, vayamos a la zona que vayamos, rápidamente te pones en cualquier sitio. También hay una zona comercial cerca y con restaurantes para comer bien y a buen precio.

La verdad es que hemos estado de lujo. La habitación es muy cómoda. Íbamos 3. El desayuno incluido muy bien también , la zona de bar cómoda y relajada. Además qué decir del personal del comedor. Hay que darles un 10 . En estos tiempos se merecen eso y con 41° de calor en Madrid.Decisimos cenar y genial también .Probamos hasta la piscina. Está alejado del centro por tanto es tranquilo pero te puedes mover por metro que está al lado, tren e incluso taxi. Totalmente aconsejable.

One of the worst hotel I have ever been. Total featuressless facility in a neighbourhood looking like a ghost town though well tended. This hotel is one of the worst places I have ever seen, the breakfast is served from 7 am but at 7 only some cold food is available, no cooked food because maybe it is too early for local standards. Gym and pool are on reservation, the gym can be used by one person st a time and for not longer than 1 hour after that you will be kicked out. The pool is on reservation and limited too, after 1 hour you are supposed to go. One Sunday with 43 degrees I show up at the pool at 16.40 and it was empty, I was told that after 20 mins I had to go because the pool had been booked by other customers and was full. Never seen a place more complicated than this. Totally obsessed with masks and disinfectants. At breakfast You are supposed to take food with supermarket style plastic gloves and some chop stick style tweezers. This place is frustrating.

Marcamos 3 noites e na última noite de sábado para domingo fizeram uma festa de copo de água à noite no hotel não conseguimos adormecer com a música muito alta. Telefonámos para a recepção, baixaram a música uma única vez, mas voltaram a levantar. Não tiveram respeito pelos hóspedes que queriam dormir...

Muy mal. Cuando se supone que estás en un hotel de 4 estrellas pero te encuentras en una habitación de 2 o como mucho 3. Cuando tienes que pagar por anticipado el desayuno, aún no entiendo el motivo,para que no te cobren 4 euros más (casi 17 euros por el desayuno). Cuando la habitación necesita una profundísima renovacion, ya que tiene los muebles anticuados, gastados y en algunos casos poco dignos. Cuando contratas un hotel para pasar unos días con dos niñas pequeñas y usar la piscina que anuncia el hotel..... Pero al llegar no puedes porque aluden al COVID.... (Excusa total). Por todos estos motivos y alguno más, no volveré a este hotel y no puedo recomendarlo. La mayoría de hoteles de Madrid en los que he estado, me han dejado buen sabor de boca, pero no este Novotel. Mal. No recomendable.

Hotel moderno, zonas comunes muy bien diseñadas con diferentes ambientes. Habitaciones funcionales y modernas, nos llamo la atención el inmenso televisor. Alejado del centro de Madrid, pero ideal para el recinto ferial o los diferentes polígonos de la zona.

Be careful! If you are booking this hotel to enjoy the swimming pool (especially if you are advertising the location to your kids as I did) call them first. The pool is not available to all, you have to book the same day for a possible 1H use. We were told it was fully booked the day we checked-in 😤. My wife woke up early the next day to book us 1H. My pb is not the Covid protocols, but the misleading info. There was no mention of 1H use or any kind of small print footnotes. Then the Breakfast was disappointing: the staff was running all over the place but the main attractions of the buffet were empty, the refill comes 20-30 minutes later with a very tiny quantity so if you miss it come back in 20. The positive part of our stay were the comfy bed and the well organised house keeping.

Nice and clean rooms with nice personal in the reception and in the restaurant. Only espresso could be better :-). COVID Breakfast kind of buffet when you have to tell them what do you want. No eggs or sausages....

Very convenient place to stay for an overnight between two flights (as witnessed by the aircrews staying there). Nothing fancy in those Covid times but they are trying hard to provide the minimal services... and deliver 💪 Very friendly staff. The hotel itself is pretty much at the usual Novotel standard. My minor annoyance was the Wi-Fi, which was surprisingly average at best (room 436, you might want to check if there is not a relay misbehaving. Was perfect during other stays so probably a "one off").

O sistema de calefação é unificado para todo o edifício, e no inverno eles ajustam a temperatura muito alta, fazendo com que os quartos fiquem terrivelmente quentes. Em contraste com as temperaturas baixas do lado de fora, o choque térmico não é nada agradável. Fora isso, o hotel é muito limpo e organizado.

Quarto grande, muito limpo e com várias comodidades. Pequeno-almoço fantástico. Funcionários muito simpáticos, pude fazer check-in bastante mais cedo do que a hora que era suposto. Bom ambiente e espaços de lazer muito bonitos. Tem shuttle gratis para o aeroporto. Adorei tudo!

Ficamos hospedamos por 4 dias no mês de setembro. Um casal de amigos que estava junto conosco na viagem teve as bolsas furtadas no café da manhã. O hotel simplesmente não demonstrou qualquer tipo de apoiopara o ocorrido. Nota zero para o atendimento com os hóspedes.

Ficamos hospedados de19 a 22 de setembro de 2019, e no dia 21, um casal que nos acompanhava teve seus pertences furtados no restaurante do hotel. Os funcionários não tomaram qualquer providência, não se importaram com o ocorrido.

Tivemos nossas bolsas roubadas no cafe da manha dentro do hotel, dia 21 de setembro. Funcionarios do hotel nos trataram com indiferenca e se isentaram de qq responsabilidade. Tratamento zero, seguranca zero. Minha avaliacao zero!

It was a good experience with no reception desk as we used to see.It was better and faster thou.Room was clean and breakfast is fine. Shape of the building is unfamiliar, I have to walk my room about 5min from elevator.Other than that it was over average. My trip was for only 2 days which I visit the exhibition at Feria.
