We love the space and amenities provided at Element hotels and have stayed at several locations. We were here for 6 nights, and were very glad to have the kitchenette to avoid eating out every meal. There are several grocery options very close by. The complimentary breakfast was very well done and the best of any Element location we’ve been to. The woman working ensured it was replenished constantly until closing time. The happy hour snacks were also good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for getting the places we were going, and the price was way better than other areas we looked. There were a few things that would have made our stay even better (but we would absolutely return without question): 1. The gym needs air conditioning and/or ceiling fans and/or standing fans for some cool air circulation, 2. The pillows are all pretty flat, 3. The towels were a bit thin and scratchy, and 4. A hot tub for the seasons when the unheated pool isn’t warm enough!

Not a bad option. Good location technically walking distance to food options (10 min walk). Personally, between comparable Marriott brands I still prefer Courtyard down the road. The rooms at Element feel a bit spartan but otherwise were fine. I'm just not fully sure why Element is frequently more pricey. May solely be due to the "closer" proximity to the mall and restaurants, though a 10 min walk maybe isn't necessarily a true amenity! If Element was a little cheaper than Courtyard I would consider it more often and may up the rating to 4

There's a lot of things about this hotel that add up to a wonderful stay. The service from the employees is consistently friendly and helpful (thanks, Lynette), the room I was assigned was well designed and clean, the water was always hot, and the complimentary happy hour was such a generous addition. You never really see hotels earnestly cater to their guests anymore. Usually it's all smoke and mirrors to make it look like guests matter. Not here, though. Something as simple as consistently hot water and a beer on the house at the end of the day will bring people back. Only complaint was my room's shower was missing a caddy, so I had to place shower items on the floor. First-world problems, but something to consider.

The property is nice, clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable (as well as the couch, which I tried sleeping on to avoid the noise). The reason for 3-star versus 5 is that I was completely unable to sleep. There was a loud, vibration sound either above or outside of my room. I travel with both high quality earplugs and an eye mask (Although I am not a particularly light sleeper), both did a absolutely nothing. There were no other rooms available, understandably. However, the hotel staff was not helpful in resolving the issue (neither identifying the source nor following up or trying to find a solution). Even when I checked out, they didn’t bother to even ask how my stay was. I suspect the noise was either some sort of equipment on the roof, or the construction happening all night across the street right outside the window. I guess that will always be a mystery. It’s truly unfortunate because this location is so convenient for my travels. I would avoid this location if you do cannot sleep at a construction site (it was that loud), or just avoid room 420 altogether.

Solid hotel for work. Rooms were clean and had a nice vibe. There was plenty of open space to hang outside of the room and they had a complimentary happy hour that was good. Surrounding area was safe and I was able to get an outdoor run in the mornings. There's a gym, too, but I prefer running outside.

Exactly what you expect when staying at a Marriott Element hotel. Friendly staff. Nice amenities for this hotel level.

Always a big fan of the element brand of hotels, and this one kept up with expectations. Element is a family friendly affordable hotel within Marriotts line. Fridges, kitchens, and larger spaces make it comfortable for larger groups and extended stays. Even better, Element has an excellent breakfast, with a great chobani yogurt bar, breakfast sandwiches, and other healthy goodies. The hotel is not huge, with parking all around (yes, you may have to walk if you dont get the perfect parking spot. Oh no! Walking!). Front desk staff is friendly and efficient, checked in and got to my room in less than 10 min. Elevators are slow for 4 floors but meh. Rooms are comfortable, large bathroom, and plenty of storage areas. TV could be larger, and honestly you have a view of a mall or parking lot. But this hotel is not a getaway resort.

4.9-Star limited-service offering!The hotel couldn’t have been more perfect for the purpose.I would happily stay here again.The rooms are clean and most comfortable beds i’ve slept in for a room under $500 a night!Free breakfast was a little light but in the covid era was nice to have one at all.Stayed using 17,500 Marriott Bonvoy points, which is a huge value!Definitely better than any other 17,500 option i have ever seen!Only reason it didn’t get 5-stars is because the tv’s didnt offer streaming (Netflix, YouTube, etc)

Belo hotel, as comodidades são impressionantes. A única razão pela qual reservamos uma estadia foi para o carregamento de EV, pois estamos em um movimento de cross country. Dos 4 carregadores (2 específicos para Tesla, 2 genéricos), apenas um de cada era funcional e os dois estavam comprados quando chegamos. Se tivéssemos sido informados dos carregadores quebrados, teríamos reservado em outro lugar. Fora isso, a equipe com quem interagi era amigável, o quarto era impecável e eles aceitam animais de estimação! Beautiful hotel, the amenities are awesome. The only reason we booked a stay was for the EV charging as we're on a cross country move. Out of 4 chargers (2 Tesla specific, 2 generic) only one of each was functional and they were both taken by the time we arrived. If we had been made aware of the broken chargers we would have booked elsewhere. Other than that, the staff I interacted with was friendly, the room was spotless, and they're pet friendly! Heads up there is a refundable deposit at the time of check in if you have a dog. :)

Let me start by saying that all the staff we encountered here were exceptional! The location is nice, right across from the mall and the suite we stayed in was large with a full kitchen! The room condition however was terrible: The room smelled of smoke 💨 and when I called the front desk to make sure I was not charged the receptionist simply stated she would leave a note? No apology or offer to move rooms 🤷🏼 The floors were sticky, there was hair on the bathroom sink, mold around the shower, blood beside the bed on the wall and on the lamp, water/mildew damage on the curtain from a leaky window, and the pillows had to be many years old as they were so flat they were basically unusable. I tested the internet speed and as other people have noted I could only pull a 3GB download speed 🤦 which is absolutely terrible! Overall my experience was not what I expected for a $165 per night room or Marriott as a brand.
