“Let me start out by saying I greatly dislike giving bad reviews but I am always honest to help others to make an informed decision. Was pretty average compared to the four other places I have stayed in this area over the past six years. I brought my family here, as usual, to see the beach. I could have gone anywhere to hang out in a pool. The beach was no where close to being usable. No attempt to even try to clean it up, very disappointing. Hot tubs on balcony did not work very well at all and showers were not much better. For what we paid I definitely expected better. On a scale of 1 to 10 of a tropical beach I would honestly give it a 6. Hope this helps someone.”

“Don't come expecting great service. The resort is beautiful and they really could take it to the next level. The rooms are nice and there are plenty of places to eat and just enough activities. We don't feel like we have to wait in many lines and while most of the staff are quite friendly, service is not their strong suit.
Often times the answers to questions is "I don't know" or just lack of understanding.
We came because of the kids club, but they have lots of rules that make no sense. None of the staff that we've experienced at the kids club seems to want to be there, and one specifically is super anxious and kept calling our friend when their baby looked he was going to cry.
I ordered room service and after an hour of not arriving I called and they said that they brought it but I didn't answer the door. I've been sitting with my kids in my room waiting the whole time. Instead of simply apologizing and saying they'll send it back up, they said "we'll talk to our supervisor to see if we can make it again". Too bad we had dinner reservations for the adults that we'll have to miss.
The food is pretty good, especially for an all - inclusive resort. The drinks are as well and they have surprisingly good coffee.
