I'm so happy I chose this hotel for my 24 hr trip to Boston. It's in an artsy location with outlet shopping around the corner. Many good restaurants including Ruth Chris across from the hotel. The hotel is a work of art from the entrance decor to the halls leading to our fantastic room. Comfy beds, suite style setting, rainfall shower head with separate toilet. The hotel has restaurants and an interesting bar in the lobby. Take advantage. They offer valet service for your car and the valet guys were so helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Tivemos o casamento da nossa filha no Row Hotel há 2 semanas e eles fizeram do nosso casamento um dia perfeito! Eles cuidaram de todas as nossas necessidades nos mínimos detalhes! I stayed here for a work conference and it is a wonderful property. We had breakfast and lunch at our meetings for three consecutive days and the fresh ingredients, preparation and service was unparalleled. The guestrooms are spacious and immaculate. Definitely have your next business meeting here!

We had our daughter's wedding at the Row Hotel 2 weeks ago and they made our wedding a perfect day! They took care of all our needs to the finest detail! The food was so delicious. Everyone was coming up to us and saying what a wonderful hotel it was. You could cut the filet with a fork, so tender and juicy! The waiters were always available if we needed something during and after the meals, they were right there with our requests. The rooms were spotless, and the staff working at the lobby desk were extremely polite and very helpful. The Row is only 7 miles from Logan and we had guests coming from Australia, Ireland and Canada. So it was a quick drive from Boston! The whole area is so convenient and has so much to offer the guests. The entire staff from the valet to waitresses in the restaurant downstairs for breakfast were very tuned into everything we needed. THANK YOU ROW HOTEL FOR GIVING US A WEDDING WEEKEND WE WILL NEVER FORGET! A special thanks to Marissa, our wedding coordinator for doing an A+ job! We loved your hotel!!!!!

O hotel é adorável com uma localização conveniente, mas é a equipe que realmente o faz. Excelente serviço ao cliente. Todos, especialmente Daniella, são simpáticos e fazem de tudo para garantir que a estadia seja agradável. Como alguém que fica com freqüência, eu realmente aprecio isso. It was a little tricky to get to the hotel, but service was excellent and the price wasn't too high. Breakfast, while super delicious, is not included. Definitely will return next time I'm in Boston.

Hotel is lovely with a convenient location but it’s the staff that really make it. Excellent customer service. Everyone, especially Daniella, is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure the stay is pleasant. As someone who stays frequently, I really appreciate that. Food is excellent too with good vegetarian and vegan options.

Very pleasant hotel with nice bar and elegant feel to it. As an ambassador elite member with Marriott, it was very sweet of the front desk to bring me a personal hand written thank you card and bar of chocolate after i checked in. I appreciated it so much. Makes me feel very welcomed. Will always choose Marriott! You guys are the best!

Our wedding at the Row Hotel was the best choice that we made! The hotel is modern and gorgeous, but more importantly, Marissa made the event planning fun and smooth! She was always so kind and supportive no matter what changes we wanted made. She responded quickly and kept everything super organized! The Row ensured all dietary and taste restrictions were accommodated safely. Marissa provided one-on-one care the week of the wedding taking care of even the small things like getting us up to our suite and the big things like making the decorations look better than we even envisioned! Marissa and her team were there throughout the event to ensure everything went smoothly and helped afterwards to even clean. We could not have picked a better venue to make our event perfect!
