O hotel é pequeno e acomoda mais pessoas do que pode acomodar, oferecendo espreguiçadeiras para todos. As instalações carecem de manutenção, não há pessoas limpando as espreguiçadeiras ou oferecendo álcool em spray ou gel na piscina ou área de mar. A única coisa que se resgata é a comida dos restaurantes, é realmente gostosa exceto aquela que te oferece petiscos à beira da piscina, tem apresentação ruim e não é muito boa. Eu definitivamente não ficaria aqui novamente.

The resort itself was nice, beautiful place to stay. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The food was decent tasting, but it was never hot. The drinks were amazing. They only had one elevator working, so that was a hassle getting in and out. I had a pair of shoes stolen out of my room and the management response was very disappointing. Their logic was, they didn’t see the shoes on camera, so there was no way they could have been stolen even though I explained that the shoes were in the suitcase. They requested that I sign something stating that I was dropping my claim once they weren’t able to show that the shoes were in the room. Like the title says, I’m on the fence. I wouldn’t go back after having my shoes stolen, but the atmosphere itself was great.

O hotel, mesmo com grande número de hóspedes, possui uma ótima estrutura para atender e superar a expectativa de todos! Dependendo do horário, por volta de 08:00 AM, há filas para entrada no café da manhã. Mas o horário vai até às 11:30 AM e, se você conseguir segurar a fome, consegue entrar sem fila a partir de 09:30 AM. A estrutura de piscinas e bares é muito boa, o atendimento é bom e rápido. Apenas dois pontos negativos: os bares fecham muito cedo (10:30 PM), e os garçons demoram muito (tanto para passarem nas mesas, quanto para trazerem os pedidos). Se você for até o bar, o atendimento é bem mais rápido. No geral, uma ótima experiência para a família, amigos ou mesmo para casais. Os restaurantes são ótimos, possuem cardápios variados com muitas opções. TIvemos a sorte de pegar duas noites temáticas, Thanksgiving e Noite Mexicana, que também foram experiências incríveis.

Nos quedamos en la suite con vista al mar y la vista es realmente hermosa. Buscábamos un hotel all inclusive que no fuera tan grande/con tanta gente y este cumplió al 100% nuestras expectativas. Tiene 2 restaurantes abiertos para la cena donde en general la comida es bastante buena, un sector de playa y piscina preciso para la cantidad de gente que está en el hotel. Se destaca la amabilidad del personal Fue perfecto para las 3 noches que nos quedamos

Spacious hotel with a very cozy atmosphere. If you’re not into the extreme luxury posh Cancun big hotel chains, this is the place to be. All inclusive food is decent, cold 2XX beer and friendly staff. Beautiful view to the sea, the beach is very quiet. Would recommend to backpackers on a budget as well.

The staff was really good and accommodating to those who don’t speak Spanish. The food is terrible in all honesty, however it reflects the price. The price to stay there is overall cheap especially through travel agents. They don’t communicate that they have airport transfer/what to look for at the airport and don’t reply to emails so we had to pay for our own transfer sadly! We were told when we got there that the phone number for WhatsApp on their website wasn’t actually them. The beds are uncomfortable. The drinks are great and the bartenders are super nice, as were all of the staff. The hotels store is cheap and has a good selection as well. The hot water didn’t stay on for long either which kind of sucked. But for the price, you get what you get and it could be worse. The peacocks are so cute too!!

La relación calidad precio si vale la pena, la comida es buena, tiene muchas áreas verdes que le dan un toque muy placentero al hotel. La playa es realmente fabulosa, la limpieza es buena. Se entiende que no es un hotel nuevo ni de lujo pero mantiene en muy buen estado sus instalaciones.

El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, las personas que trabajan son muy atentas, amables, respetuosas. la comida es tipo bufet muy rica, entonces tú escoges que quieres comer, mucha variedad de comida se puede repetir sin que te coloquen problema. La persona que animaba muy genial, buena música. Los lugares dentro del hotel muy organizados y limpios. baños, restaurantes, habitaciones, psicinas, la playa entre otros. Quedamos muy contentos con el hotel dos playas y el servicio.

The staff is helpful and nice but the front desk is difficult in explaining things such as food times and until what time you can actually eat. The bartenders are horrible though and the food as well. Our room was extremely hot even with the AC on blast. The beach view is nice though and overall the hotel is also nice.

This was a surprise birthday trip for my partner and I think Oleo was the best choice. One of the best hotels I have visited till now. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset view from our room was breathtaking. I also booked a romantic dinner and it also exceeded my expectations, the setup was done perfectly, the dinner was delicious, our butler "JOB", was amazing. Thank you Srta, Julia for all your help. We'll definitely go back next year.

Não é um resort propriamente dito, é um hotel muito pequeno e a atenção de alguns funcionários é péssima, ficamos uma semana inteira e no segundo dia sofri um acidente na piscina escorreguei e caí de cara Abri o nariz e machuquei o lábio superior, não deixaram um médico me tratar que disse que tirou sutura e só colocaram um curativo em mim, no dia seguinte pedi que me curassem e só retiraram o band-aid e eles colocaram esparadrapo em mim, tive que comprar meu próprio equipamento para me curar, pois estava com uma ferida aberta e eles não colocaram nada em mim, não eram responsáveis ​​por absolutamente nenhum cuidado, nem interesse por mim saúde ou bem-estar. It is not a resort as such, it is a very small hotel and the attention of some employees is terrible, we stayed a full week and on the second day I suffered an accident in the pool I slipped out of it I fell on my face I opened my nose and hurt my upper lip, they did not let a doctor treat me who said that it took up a suture and they only put a band-aid on me, the next day I asked they cured me and they only removed the band-aid and they put adhesive tape on me, I had to buy my own equipment to heal myself, since I had an open wound and they did not put anything on me, they were not responsible for absolutely any care, or interest in my health or well-being. The rooms are not as shown in the images, the pools are very small, the beach is very bad because it has too many stones.

We went on our honeymoon with my husband to the hotel in July 2019. We had a completely wonderful stay, it met all my expectations, especially because I studied thoroughly where to stay (it was not a decision made at the last minute). The hotel is relatively small but has what it takes. All I can say is little: all three restaurants are very good. Hakka is a Japanese style 7 course restaurant, I recommend going at least once. Blue is five times, very tasty. These two should be worn with a casual style, which is basically not so casual clothing (not wearing a bathing suit and sandals). The almar restaurant, where almost all meals are located, have nights of different styles of food every day, the attention is very good. The hotel has a minimalist style that is very adequate and pleasing to the eye. It is relatively close to the entire Cancun hotel center; you can get there by bus or taxi that charge 1 dollar. It has direct access to the beach and the perfect Botanero for any snack. We did a beautiful, high-quality photo session.I would have liked them to offer us perhaps an attention for having gone on our honeymoon, some kind of decoration on arrival, or a small room upgrade, but it did not happen. Tuvimos una estancia completamente maravillosa, cumplió todas mis expectativas, sobre todo por que estudié a fondo donde quedarnos (no fue una decisión tomada a último momento). El hotel es relativamente pequeño pero tiene lo necesario. Todo lo que pueda decir es poco: los tres restaurantes son muy buenos. El hakka es un restaurante de 7 tiempos estilo japonés, recomiendo ir al menos una vez. El azul es de cinco tiempos, muy sabroso. No es un resort como tal, es un hotel muy pequeño y la atención de algunos empleados es pésima, estuvimos una semana completa y al segundo día sufrí un accidente en la piscina resbale saliendo de ella cai de cara me abri la nariz y me lastime el labio superior, no dejaron q me atendiera un medico q decía q ocupaba sutura y solo me pusieron un curita, al día siguiente pedí me curaron y solo me quitaron el curita y me pusieron cinta adhesiva, tuve q comprar yo mi propio equipo para curarme, ya q tenia una herida abierta y no me ponían nada, no se hicieron responsables de absolutamente ningún cuidado, ni interésen mi salud o bienestar. Las habitaciones no son como muestran en las imágenes, las albercas son muy pequeñas, la playa esta muy mal porque tienedemasiadas piedras.

Buena relación calidad - precio. Lo único que le falta a las instalaciones es más palapas o sombrillas a los camastros ya que no alcanza para todos los huéspedes. Me refiero a los camastros en el área de playa, puesto que los que tienen sombra se ocupan muy rápido y en las mañanas el sol es bastante intenso. Mas allá de eso, si regresaría porque la comida es buena, el personal es amable y la playa tiene bajo oleaje.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar, su playa está bonita, muy bueno para descansar, tuve que dar una platica por zoom y el Internet llega a las áreas verdes, eso me gustó mucho, recomendado 100%, la atención del personal (Josue y Andrés) siempre fue amable

Relación costo beneficio por la zona me parece muy buena, definitivo si regresaba, sin embargo hay que aceptar que falta algo de mtto general sin ser graves, como pintura. El personal en general muy amable con alguna excepción de un integrante que atendía el área de comida marina. Pero en general bien.

Es un maravilloso hotel en todos los aspectos, una excelente calidad humana por parte de los trabajadores, la comida y las bebidas deliciosas, una playa espectacular, muy limpias las habitaciones. Un sitio que recomiendo al 100%. Entre los trabajadores que destaco son: Isaac porque es súper amable y atento, es muy pendiente de todas las necesidades de los clientes y el grupo de animadores son los mejores, Alexis es genial, te hace sentir como en casa, es muy alegre, formal, carismático, también Martín y Heber son excelentes anfitriones. Mil gracias por estas vacaciones tan agradables, volveré feliz allá a Cancún.

I would recommend this stay to anyone! This place is so great, the people are wonderful from the lobby all the way to the cooks and servers, it’s so clean too. The bathrooms smell good, it truly paradise when you have a great view from your room, and 24 hour room service! We will be back once a year for sure! AMAZING!!!!

The room service is good but the food service is 2 star...just one restaurant iguana is open all the time with the same type of food. You need to reserve your place every morning for mexican restaurant...this is funny.They have the best beach location but if you're looking for good food then go to riviera maya resorts, they have best food in their resorts.

Estuve en este hotel en agosto 6, 2021. Para empezar el servicio al cliente no fue muy grato. La comida no fue buena y no tiene mucha variedad. De los empleados el único que fue amable es Luis. Este hotel no lo recomiendo para sus vacaciones.

Very nice 3-star hotel. Its services are as good as some 4-star hotels. Its location at Tortuga beach is one the best things. And it's not as expensive as a lot of other hotels.

Honest review:I spent 16 nights here, and here is my opinion.If you want a budget all inclusive hotel it's good for the price, but you get what you pay for.Good things: •Rooms, bed and especially the bathroom are bigger than I expected. •Views over the ocean are very nice. •Food selection is very good for the price. I recommend trying the Thai restaurant they offer each night (have to book in advance but no extra cost). •The cocktails are good. The bar staff and waiters are friendly and happy to help. •Multiple swimming pools. •Fun entertainment.The bad things: •Some rooms don't have a balcony - I'd expect as an all inclusive customer to be given a room with balcony but I wasn't. •My room had some damp around the bottom of the walls and some mildew/mold with it. It could have been worse but still not great. •The "clean" bed sheets always had small stains or marks on them, often looked like stuck on food. •Seems to be an issue with running water at times. Sometimes there wouldn't be any for half an hour or so. Sometimes in the morning (whilst getting ready for the day) and I also experienced it in the afternoon a couple of times. •Organisation isn't best. I booked my pre flight covid test at 3pm. I was told to turn up to reception 5minutes before. I turned up 10 minutes before. I was accused of being late, told the nurse/doctor had been waiting for me. When I had the test she was obviously annoyed, and I assume the hotel had given her the wrong time so she thought I was late. This is the one thing that annoyed me most of my whole tripOverall, if you want a non-thrills budget all-inclusive, this is a good resort. You get what you pay for, just don't expect any extras/or anything you would get if you paid more.

Lo único que mejoraría es más espacios de sombra en la playa, ya que toca madrugar mucho para tener un lugar con sombra.

Awful service, we arrived at 3 And it took over an hour to check us in and the staff was so busy yeah but it felt like they were organized. The food is terrible And they don’t mention that they don’t start dinner until 7 PM. What they call snacks is disgusting. They have really cheap burgers and disgusting pizza and the sushi is super low quality sashimi. You’re better off renting a nicer hotel for the price and eating out somewhere. But for someone that just wants to have the hotel resort experience, you’ll get what you pay for.

we had reservations for 3 days, after a long flight. We arrive. are they fully booked after all... they still had 2 ''old rooms'' left, for the same price... (as the gentleman at the service desk said)... out of misery we had to take them, both rooms where very dirty and full of mosquitoes and other bugs. the service was very bad. in the end we were able to sleep for 5 hours.. and we continued our journey as quickly as possible.. so we couldn't rest. not recommended.

We had worst experience in this hotel. My friends and I booked this hotel based on the beautiful pictures on the Expedia. When we got there, we were so so disappointed. First of all, half of the hotel was under construction and they didn’t mention it in the website. Most of the amenities were closed due to construction. When we got to the hotel nobody welcomed us and the personal were very unprofessional. We went to our rooms and it seemed like it is under construction and didn’t look clean and ready for guests. From all the amenities, all the guests were able to use the main pool ( right in front of the lobby). Surrounding of the pool was dirty. You could find food and dirty towels on the ground. It was very crowded. In the pictures, they have shown beautiful sitting area for dining in but when we got there none of the sitting areas on the deck next to the pool was open and all was available were the chairs in front of the buffet area.WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!!!If you want to waste your time and money book this hotel!! I would go to Motel 6 rather than this hotel.

The staff is extremely nice at the resort and helpful. The chairs on the beach and the service with food/drinks were the best part. Rey was our server on the beach and he was fantastic! The ocean was Breathtaking and they had a lot of different food options and restaurants. They had nightly entertainment such as live music in the lobby that was really cool too. We would definitely return! ❤️❤️

Nos dias em que tivemos no Hotel Dos Playas tivemos que matar 4 baratas (2 grandes e 2 pequenas) que estavam no banheiro ou próximos a cama. A higiene vai muito além de arrumar os quartos, camas e trocar toalhas... Certamente a dedetização da hospedagem está atrasa.Chuveiro com pouca vazão de água e alternando quente / frio sem misturá-las.Para Brasileiros.... A acomodação, por cobrar em dólar, fica muito caro, porém é ainda assim uma das mais baratas da região. Se for fazer muitos passeios durante seu turismo. Procure opções com café incluso somente. Não há muitos restaurantes próximos ao Dos Playas, então para comer, o deslocamento será necessário.Quarto 2602.

Son pequeños, sucios y rotos. - Las habitaciones sucias, los colchones también. - La alberca es muy pequeña y no corresponde a las fotos del hotel. La comida es regular. El único punto positivo es la atención. Creo que los trabajadores en general se esfuerzan, son atentos y me devolvieron mi dinero por las noches que ya no quise para ahí.

Se você quer uma avaliação completa sobre o Oleo Cancun e o porque dei a menor nota possível, você está no lugar certo.Logo ao chegar, fomos muito mal recepcionados. Não houve simpatia dos funcionários. Chegamos às 19h e os quartos não estavam preparados. O checkin era às 12h. Tivemos que esperar 30 minutos. Depois de ter esperado esse tempo descobrimos que não havia o quarto de casal que reservamos somente com duas camas separadas. Nos colocaram em um quarto péssimo. Barulho na janela, na cama, no corredor. Solicitamos a troca. Nos enviaram para outro quarto que também raduas camas separadas. 2) o único restaurante do lugar (para almoço e café da manhã ) não tem ar condicionado. Muito quente. Não há garçons suficientes para atender. Ficamos muito tempo aguardando para ter bebida. E algumas vezes saímos sem beber nada. E se você chegar perto do horário de encerrar já estão retirando as comidas antes mesmo do horário de encerramento . 3) 3) a academia não tem ar condicionado. Muito muito quente. 4) 4) na entrada nos informaram que o serviço de quarto era 24h. Mas não é. 5) 5) funcionários sempre com cara fechada, pouco respectivos e pouco preocupados com o atendimento ao cliente 6) 6) bares funcionam a partir das 10h, mesmo para sucos e água. Até esse horário tem apenas o restaurante quente pra beber água. 7) 7) piscina pequena e apenas uma piscina para todo o resort

Nice staff, most are bilingual and friendly. Beach access is great and food and drink is always available. Space could be cleaner and there's not many activities included but it's definitely what you pay for! Not a bad resort

Everyone there went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable & happy during our stay. Our room was just a very basic room, small but very clean, they did clean the room every day. We had a king size bed, that was extremely comfortable.... a coffee maker & a small refrigerator in room & they restocked it every day with drinks & water. The shower was large & a very large shower head, very nice. Pools were amazing..the swim up bar was the best!!The hot tub could have been a little warmer & definitely needs a handrail. The snack bar at the pool had amazing food & an amazing wait staff. Rodriguez was awesome...he made sure we felt welcomed & took great care of us. The Chicken Wings are a must try!!! I wish they served Michelob Ultra but I did get a little used to the Dos Equis...the buffet was always great with a large variety of food. Service again was impeccable. There does need to be a handrail to get in & out of the hot tub, but all in all we had an amazing vacation!!!We will definitely be back to The Oleo Playa Cancun!!

A smaller all inclusive that’s great for couples. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was better in some restaurants than others (Mediterranean food was the best). Some common spaces could have used A/C. All of the staff were really lovely and helpful. An overall enjoyable all inclusive place!

Absolutely wonderful! Our stay could not have been better! The room was spacious & room service was top-tier. The food was great and the staff was overwhelmingly helpful and happy to help. The bar was great and the bartender was not shy with the alcohol! The location was wonderful, with a clear & quiet beach. It’s definitely on the smaller side so we felt welcomed & cared for at our time at Oleo. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay or home base for day trips, Oleo is a great choice. Would not have wanted to be anywhere else! Thanks so much!

Great experience. Food delicious, plenty, fresh, wide variety. Rooms cleaned, fresh towels and beds made daily. Excellent customer service. Very safe. U can leave your stuff at poolside or beach and no one will touch it. I will definitely be back.

Recepção péssima ! Não fazem a menor questão de agradar. Pedimos por mais de 5 horas para trocar o telefone do quarto para podermos pedir comida e nada. Recepção é péssima, mal atendimento e mal educados. Vale mais a pena pagar um pouco mais caro e ter um atendimento mais educado.bebidas muito doces . Valéria mto a pena se funcionasse o atendimento privativo. Porém não Funciona , então ou você come muito no jantar, ou vai dormir com fome . PÉSSIMO

Muy bonito hotel y su playa muy buen cuidada

Simpática e simples Pousada, que não exatamente oferece nada do que anuncia. Quartos aconchegantes, porém muito simples. Restaurante com comida farta, porém muito básica, sem frutos do mar. As opções são bastante limitadas. A higiene é duvidosa. O espaço está em reconstrução, com muita coisa a fazer ainda. A praia do lado esquerdo é melhor. O único ponto que realmente merece elogiar, foi a simpatia e educação dos funcionários da pousada, que conseguiram melhorar meu humor após tamanha decepção. A diária deveria ser muito mais em conta...

Excelente ubicación y un gran servicio.

Na chegada as 21:00, fui pouco orientado sobre o funcionamento do hotel. Depois de reclamar de mofo, fui transferido para um ótimo quarto, limpo e arejado. Bebidas e comida a vontade, porém apenas nos horários pré-determinados. Comida sempre muito condimentada, no sabor mexicano. Funcionários trabalhando exaustivamente e por consequência muitos cansados, sem educação em sua maioria. Principalmente o responsável pelo restaurante principal, um senhor agressivo, sem educação e arrogante. Incompatível com o hotel. Acostumados a pedir fartas gorgetas (incomum para os padrões brasileiros). Durante minha estadia, notei que os hóspedes eram compostos em sua maioria por aproximadamente 30% mexicanos, 40% colombianos, 10% russos e alguns uns 5% brasileiros. Hotel rodeado por lindas praias, arborizado, 5 piscinas, 4 restaurantes, academia de ginástica, entretenimento e shows a noite. (Aparentemente típico da região).

Es un súper hotel. La grandeza de su gente, amabilidad, atención y esmero en su trabajo lo hace 10 veces más grande. Cómodas instalaciones de lujo y todo el hotel lo tienes con servicio a la habitación. Un gran servicio en todos sus restaurantes y bares para disfrutar todo el día y noche como Rey. El hermoso mar de Cancún a unos metros con todos los servicios de alimentos y bebidas. El lugar es bueno. La comida muy buena!!Sin embargo varias restricciones en cuanto a horarios, te hacían en buscar alternativas fuera del hotel. Por ejemplo a las 7 am el restaurant cerrado. Viernes a las 9 pm ya el bar cerrado!!

el hotel cumple con todos los protocolos de sanidad, la limpieza es ideal en todas la areasel personal ni se diga todos siempre con tapabocas y su uniforme muy limpio la comida rica y variada hacen un cafe riquisimo todos muy atentos y serviciales todo muy bien, le daria 5 estrellas solo por un detalle que te ofrecen conocer otro hotel y como siempre te piden tarjeta de crédito no se para que mucho ojo con eso hay que explicarle bien a las personas antes de embarcarlosde ahi en fuera recomiendo ampliamente el hotel .

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, la atención del personal en el hotel es de primer mundo, la comida de los 4 restaurantes es excelente, las habitaciones muy cómodas y con aire acondicionado, si viajas a Cancún es un excelente lugar para hospedarse todo muy bien y muy limpio la playa que tiene es excelente, muy calmada y muy limpia, las albercas son un poco chicas y no muy profundas pero sinceramente si vas a Cancún vas para estar en el mar y no en la alberca, insisto la atención del personal es muy pero muy atenta y amable si pudiera dar más de 5 estrellas lo haría, en verdad es muy buen lugar para vacacionar, se me olvidaba comentar que tiene nidos de tortugas y si tienes suerte puedes llegar a ver cómo las liberan, muy bonito lugar

Me gusto mucho, la comida excelente sazón mis felicitaciones al chef del lugar; la atención del personal súper amables, Gracias al Sr. Daniel del área de entrada me auxilio en un problema que tenía. Las instalaciones son muy pequeñas pero todo está muy organizado, todas las medidas de seguridad por el COVID19.Solamente no recogen el sargazo de la playa ojalá lo levanten diario, ya que los días que estuve aquí lo dejaron acumular, además ayudan a las tortugas recién nacidas hacia el mar.!!

Great price to quality! Staff were all wonderful and very helpful. Pool was fun, drinks were all good. Food was of okay quality, but was never disappointing. Would absolutely return if I had the opportunity

This resort was absolutely beautiful! The beach is stunning, and offers amazing views from the rooms. The food was DELICIOUS, and I loved that we had servers who would bring drinks and/or food to us on the beach by request. Rey was our waiter most days, and he was wonderful! We also had a great experience with Rudy, who works in the lobby area. They were both so helpful and friendly, as were the rest of the staff. One thing that was unexpected and AWESOME was how cold the ac in the room got! We have been to several resorts in Cancun, and the AC in the rooms here were the best by a long shot, and you had a ceiling fan as well, which is rare. The tents on the beach provided shade, but I wish they had the little individual grass-hut style shade on the beach like many other resorts have, because they provide a bit more shade than the little tents Oleo utilizes. But the tents were cute, and still got the job done, so that’s just a matter of preference. :) All in all, Oleo was wonderful, and we would absolutely come back again.

The hotel room was decent size and the amenities were nice. We did not order the all inclusive package so I cant comment on the food. It was actually quite a downside that they do not allow you to purchase anything and pay direct. Its either pay the hotel for a day pass or nothing. The strange part is that the day pass was quoted in dollars about 65 per day. Thats a lot in my view, as the food did not appear to be anything fancy. For $130 a day my wife and I can eat in some pretty fancy places and not limited to their restaurants. It kinda frustrated me that they wanted to charge in dollars. Are they in Mexico or in the US? If you ask the cost in pesos, they give you an inflated exchange of the dollar and it ends up costing more in pesos. The spa also charges in dollars. My wife had a very expensive massage which was just OK. Not worth the 100 for less than an hour. I felt like a second class citizen not paying for the all inclusive. They wont even let you buy a cup of coffee. They also were short on tables, chairs, and umbrellas and the place was not even full. A great trip otherwise, but I doubt I would stay there again.

I had a great stay with my family. What I appreciated the most was that we were given our bracelets as soon as we arrived, even though it was before check-in, so we were able to eat lunch while our rooms were being cleaned, and we were allowed to keep our bracelets at the end because our flight wasn't until 7. The rooms were beautiful and had a great view, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The food at all of the restaurants was excellent, though there weren't that many vegetarian options. The service was great and the staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were great; the pool was clean and had a nice view of the ocean; the spa was beautiful; and the beach area was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Sensacional, uma experiência inesquecível de viagem que pretendo ter novamente. Hotel muito bom com funcionários exemplares.

Logo em nossa chegada ao hotel , fomos recebidos na saída do táxi por um funcionárioque insistentemente e de maneira até grosseira nos pedia o numero de nosso quarto, o que ainda não possuíamos pois chegamos naquele momento e quem tinha que nos informar o numero do quarto seria ele. Em seguida ao nos levar ao quarto informei ao mesmo que havia enviado via e-mailsolicitação de um agrado para minha esposa pois nos estávamos completando 25 anos de matrimonio , o qual não recebi retorno sobre o pedido, o funcionário então informou que nos seria enviado um espumante em seguida, o qual esperamos até hoje.Notamos que o atendimento para americanos e bem diferente, no cafe da manhã e no jantaresperavamos muito para ser servidos com a bebida e quando vinham sempre com mal humor, mas quando entrava americanos corriam servir, chega a parecer que não possuem salario dependendo somente das "propinas" que do americano são em dollar, isso se comprova ate na comunicação pois procuram entender de qualquer forma o inglês , mas o portugues que e mais parecida com o espanhol se esforçam para não entender, já que mesmo nos brasileiros se falado o espanhol devagar conseguimos entender boa parte.Não volto e já estou recomendando para amigos não ir.

Lovely, quiet hotel. No loud music into the night, no disco, no variety shows. So if you want quiet and relaxed, this is it. New property, so not much shade. Lovely beach, but red flags up along the entire strip during our entire stay. 1 main pool, 1 main restaurant, with 3 specialty ones. Best part: excellent food always and the most friendly, welcoming staff who go out of their way to accommodate your needs or wishes. Bus stops at the property, but since it's at the very end of the strip, it's a longish bus ride to Mercado 28 or downtown. I would go back for sure!

I absolutely love this hotel. The people are friendly and very helpful. The food is great. It is right on the beach and not crowded at all. Our room faced the ocean and had an incredible view and we didn't even have a balcony but it was spectacular. I will definitely stay here again and again. It's my new favorite.

Was there for 10 nights over New Year. I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and fresh looking. Quite a spacious room too. Great location on the beach, which was spotless and there was always a life guard on duty. The all inclusive was great. Room service 24/7 was included, soft drinks and water in the mini bar. They would also bring you food and drinks to the beach when you were sunbathing, this really impressed me! The service from the staff was good. The food was decent,various theme nights at the buffet and 2 other restaurants you can go to. No complaints apart from that not enough rooms have balconies with sea views. We ended up moving to a room with a balcony,but it looked over the hotel entrance,our first room had amazing sea views but we really enjoy sitting out on the balcony so gave this up. Overall I would recommend this place and would be more than happy to stay here when I go back to Cancun.

Gostei bastante. Staff muito simpático, restaurantes com comidas variadas e fartas. Eu e minha família tivemos apenas o problema de ter intoxicação alimentar por algo que comemos no restaurante Azul do resort. Comuniquei a recepção do hotel sobre o ocorrido e a atendente foi muito atenciosa, tomou nota de todas refeições que fiz para comunicar o chef do restaurante o quanto antes. A parte triste foi que perdemos os dois últimos dias de estadia na cama 😢

Hotel excelente, quartos amplos, novos e aconchegantes, 3 restaurantes para jantar, sendo um comida japonesa, um comida mediterrânea e um buffet. Bela vista para o mar ou para o lago. Todos funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados, fazendo você se sentir bem vindo. Ressalva apenas para o bar do lobby que encerra as atividades muito cedo as 23:00 horas e o hotel é distante do centro e da zona badalada de Cancún. A experiência não poderia ser melhor, já penso em voltar novamente.

Hotel excelente, o inconveniente,são uns funcionários, insistindo em querer que vc passe o dia indo conhecer um outro hotel do grupo, onde eles vendem cotas. Essa insistência incomoda. Enfim, não fomos!

Hotel encantador. Piscinas e jacuzzi perfeita, spa lindo porém custo adicional, limpeza perfeita. Frigobar sempre com água e refrigerante. Wi-Fi pega em todo hotel e orla da praia. Restaurantes ótimos. Comida é diferente. Então paciência pq estamos indo conhecer outra cultura. Amei cada segundo. Só falta águem que fale português pq ajuda muito até por que tem muitos hóspedes brasileiros. Falta lavanderia tbm pra quem vai ficar alguns dias é importante. Falta um pouco de atenção dos funcionários em relação quando estamos sentados e precisamos de algo para beber.

All Inclusive agradável, porém a comida não fica pronta à disposição, você tem que pedir e aguardar ser feita (exceto nas refeições); os dois restaurantes a la carte são medianos; as bebidas não tem padronização nem menu, se você pedir a mesma bebida 10 vezes, receberá, pelo menos umas cinco vezes, algo diferente do que esperava, tanto na cor quanto no sabor; o quarto é bom e espaçoso; se você tem crianças, não vá para esse resort, basicamente não tem nada para crianças. Mesmo as atividades previstas para crianças não aconteciam. A funcionária responsável pela área de pintura das crianças tem outras atividades, deixando a área de pintura quase permanentemente fechada. As garçonetes do self service são muito simpáticas.

We traveled to Oleo with our 10 months daughter and my fiancée - this isn’t a resort, it’s a hotel with a small pool - if you decide to book your stay here just keep that in mind, it’s tiny and not at all what they advertise it to be. They also push membership of their other property Inspiria. We came here with an open mind to have a family vacation and despite of all the obstacles that kept happening we kept saying we’re going to make the best of it, until they left me and my family at another resort far from where our room was and refused to help bring us back like they were suppose to because we weren’t interested in signing up for their membership, resulting in us finding our own taxi and paying for it to drive 40 min back to our room. Anyway, it’s a bit lengthy, but for those who do their research I assure you - this is probably the most blunt and unbiased review, read on. First, when we arrived, we had to wait 2 hours after a long flight in the lobby because the rooms weren’t available, the property is small like I mentioned so there was nowhere else to go and with a 10 month old baby that’s not a good situation to be in. They put us up on 9th floor, elevators fit 3 people and are very slow and one of them workers use while everyone else can use both. The bedsheets had holes in them, I travel frequently and this is the first time I saw giant holes in the bedsheets. It’s ironic that this is an all inclusive resort, but given the fact that there aren’t many amenities (actually nothing on property besides restaurants and a gift shop and a very tiny gym with 2 treadmills), the sauna and steam room is in a spa which you have to pay additional $15 a day to use. The property has 3 restaurants, to say the food was bland would be an understatement - to give you an idea, the main restaurant’s only entree one night was tacos, the following night it was one entree again and it was fajitas, and every day it was the same vegetables and salads, that looked like they were prepared for a week and served the leftovers every day. The other 2 restaurants don’t fall too far behind in terms of the menu. We had no choice but eat outside of this “all-inclusive” resort with terrible food. The restaurant down the street Navios was where we went to eat, great seafood and steak. The pool is so small, with very few reclining chairs around, we never even got to use the pool because they were always taken and pool was packed. We ended up laying out on the beach most of the time. When we got there we said that we wanted to go to a water park, one of the employees that worked at the lobby Illana started talking us out of it and said we shouldn’t go there and we should go to their other resort they are associated with for a day pass. What they don’t mention is that after a 40 min drive there you have to do a 3 hour orientation while you get quizzed by 3 different people before they stop hassling you and let you enjoy whatever left of the day you have, wasting your morning. For those 3 hours they try to sell you a membership - the straw that broke the camel’s back for me, and prompted me to write this review was when they drove us to this other location and LEFT MY FAMILY THERE! Once I said that I’m not interested in memberships and just simply came to enjoy a day with my family on one of the last few days of our vacation - Ilana, the representative that took us there, left us at the resort and canceled our shuttle back that was suppose to be picking us up at 4pm to go back to our room, leaving me and my family at another resort without a room, forced to pay for our own taxi back.
