Eu tive uma estadia de duas noites, e eu estava perfeitamente feliz aqui. Sim, é uma propriedade mais antiga (e acredito que a taxa reflete), então, se você realmente olhar, encontrará sinais de desgaste, mas o quarto estava muito limpo e a cama era confortável.Minha coisa favorita, no entanto, foi a equipe. Fui atendida por Desiree, e ela foi tão calorosa e acolhedora! Assim como todos os outros membros da equipe com quem interagi.Um bônus foi que o lobby foi decorado para o outono/Halloween, com doces, maçãs e garrafas de água oferecidas aos hóspedes.Obrigado pela estadia agradável!

Bom atendimento, quarto limpo e espaçoso, lugar bem agradável. Apenas distante do centro da cidade. Precisa de carro pra fazer qualquer coisas.

I had a two night stay, and I was perfectly happy here. Yes, it’s an older property (and I believe the rate reflects than) so if you really look, you’ll find signs of wear, but the room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. My favorite thing, however, was the staff. I was checked in by Desiree, and she was so warm and welcoming! And so was every other staff member I interacted with. A bonus was that the lobby was decorated for fall/Halloween, with candy, apples, and bottled water offered to guests. Thank you for the nice stay!

I normally don't write reviews, but had to on this one... WiFi didn't work ... They still have the pool listed on the website when it's been gone since COVID. No hangers were in the closets/room. The desk chair was missing... Floors in halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days... Some garbages were overflowing... The staff was very nice and the morning breakfast were the only good part about the stay. Rooms/place could use some Major TLC. Perhaps it is understaffed, but the lack of something is visible.

Fora dos roteiros mais conhecidos, mas perto de tudo o que tínhamos em nossa agenda. Deve solicitar limpeza 24 horas antes. Tivemos um pequeno contratempo e tivemos que nos limpar porque a arrumação já havia começado o dia. A recepção foi convidativo, divertido e muito, muito útil. Um verdadeiro prazer com ideias de lugares para ir e ver ou lugares para comer. Café-da-manhã foi quente e saboroso. Sala de jantar muito limpa e bem conservada. Lavanderia era arrumado e com preços razoáveis. Como nota lateral: estávamos lá no fim de semana de um torneio de futebol. O hotel estava cheio de 8-14 anos. Às vezes ficava barulhento, mas tínhamos filhos dessa idade antes de nós mesmos.

Off the beaten path but close to everything we had on our agenda. Must request housekeeping 24hrs ahead. We had a minor mishap & had to clean up ourselves because housekeeping had already begun their day. The front desk was inviting, entertaining & very, very helpful. A real pleasure with ideas for places to go & see or places to eat. Breakfast was hot & tasty. Dining room very clean & well kept. Laundry facility was tidy & reasonably priced. As a side note: we were there the weekend of a soccer tournament. The hotel was full of 8-14 year olds. It got noisy at times but we had children that age before ourselves.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member, staying 50+ nights per year, and this was the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. The photos online made it look like an updated Residence Inn so I stayed there for its location, but I couldn’t wait to leave. The walls, floors, elevator, and ceiling were all rundown and disgusting. The room had an old, foul smell and there were pieces of baseboard molding missing. The bathtub had rust and mold around the drain and fixtures and stains along the bottom. It felt like an old motel—nothing like a Marriott property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even for its convenient location.

As a night nurse l sleep pretty good during the day. I clean my room because I sleep during the day. The only thing I asked was can I use the vacuum machine ( takes 4 minutes., I was denied because people apparently steal them. I stated I'll buy my own vacuum. I never asked for anyone to clean my room. Just a vacuum for 4 minutes. Now I'm waiting for my vacuum from Amazon as a travel nurse. Hopefully I can give another hotel 6 k for a month

I'm currently in room 223 next to the elevator also obviously next to their storage room. Every morning the door slams all day starting at 7am. Dishwasher is broken in the room. Toilet paper holder is broken. The bathtub plug is broken and I had to stuff the drain with a wash rag to plug it up. There were no washrags at check in so I had to ask for those. I left for work and the lights were off. I came back and the lights were on. So obviously someone was in my room without permission. No fresh linen in 4 days. Not something I should have to ask for. This morning someone tried to come in my room while I was sleeping. The door was locked luckily. I'm checking out today and going to a different hotel. I will never ever stay here or recommend this place. Its a dump for the price this place wants. Oh and employees are rude. If I could rate this a 0 i would. I don't even want to give this place a rating at all.

Eu não recomendaria este lugar. Há muitas outras opções disponíveis. Fui fazer o check-in e me disseram que não havia quartos limpos disponíveis, embora eu fiz o check-in na noite anterior on-line e disse a eles a que horas chegaria. Eventualmente, a recepcionista encontrou um quarto limpo. Em segundo lugar, o corredor e o elevador cheiravam a mofo. Os tapetes devem ter sido inundados ou algo assim, mas era insuportável. Por sorte, o quarto não tinha cheiro. Meu quarto tinha luminárias quebradas e cortinas tinham manchas de sangue. A cozinha não estava bem limpa. Pratos encontrados na máquina de lavar louça. O banheiro também não estava muito limpo. Entrei e limpei ao meu gosto. A arrumação é extremamente lenta. Pedi toalhas extras que levaram cerca de 4 horas para recebê-las. Eu então pedi travesseiros e nunca os recebi. A única maneira de você não ser cobrado pelo estacionamento é se você for um membro do Marriott, o que não faz sentido. Nenhum outro hotel cobra estacionamento em seus próprios terrenos. A maior coisa para mim foi que, nos dias em que fiquei, a limpeza nunca limpou meu quarto uma vez. Normalmente, para o Residence Inn, é em dias alternados, mas não foi limpo. No geral, é uma grande decepção. É muito desatualizado e os jardins/edifícios/quartos não são bem cuidados. Para onde quer que olhe, precisa de melhorias. Pelo preço que eles cobram, você pode ir para qualquer outro hotel da região e ter uma experiência melhor. Eu tive que mudar para outro hotel depois dos meus dois dias lá.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. There are plenty of other options available. I went to check in and was told no clean rooms were available as yet even though I checked in the night before online and told them what time I would arrive. Eventually the receptionist found a clean room. Secondly, the hallway and elevator smelled like mold. Carpets must’ve gotten flooded or something however it was unbearable. Luckily the room had no smell. My room had broken fixtures and curtains had blood stains on it. Kitchen wasn’t cleaned well. Found dishes in the dishwasher. Bathroom wasn’t very clean either. I went in and cleaned it to my liking. Housekeeping is extremely slow. Asked for extra towels that took about 4 hrs to receive them. I then asked for pillows and never got them. The only way you aren’t charged for parking is if you’re a Marriott member which doesn’t make sense. No other hotel charges for parking on their own grounds. The biggest thing for me was that for the days that I stayed, housekeeping never cleaned my room once. Usually for Residence Inn, it’s every other day however it wasn’t cleaned at all. Overall, it’s a big disappointment. It’s very outdated and the grounds/buildings/rooms aren’t well maintained. Everywhere you look, needs improvement. For the price that they charge, you can go to any other hotel in the area nearby and have a better experience. I had to switch to another hotel after my couple days there.

Quarto era um canteiro de obras. Isolamento em tubos se desintegrando no chão (do teto aberto) e rastreado na sala. As paredes e teto fora da sala foram desmontados.Quase não havia carros no estacionamento, então não tenho certeza por que esse quarto estava disponível. Parecia que havia muitas outras vagas nos hotéis.Não fazia muito sentido reclamar na recepção. Eles estavam fazendo o melhor que podiam.Não há lugar para comer em qualquer lugar perto disso e a única entrega foi pizza.Eles cobram pelo estacionamento... Mas o estacionamento estava meio vazio e não havia lugar para dirigir em qualquer lugar perto para comer ou qualquer outro acesso a este hotel.Não é um bom dia para Marriott. Uma vergonha para uma boa cadeia.

Room was a construction site. Insulation on pipes disintegrating onto the floor (from open ceiling) and tracked into the room. The walls & ceiling outside the room were disassembled. There were hardly any cars in the parking lot so I'm not quite sure why this room was even available. It looked as if there was plenty of other vacancies in the hotels. It didn't make much sense to complain to the front desk. They were doing the best they could. No place to eat anywhere close to this and the only delivery was pizza. They charge you for parking... But the lot was half empty and there was no place to drive anywhere close to eat or any other access to this hotel. Not a good day for Marriott. An embarrassment to a good chain.

Buen lugar para alojarse, la cama cómoda que no echas de menos la tuya,y eso es importante. Tanto como buena ducha y agua caliente, son como apartamento, grande, y con cocina. El desayuno buffet incluido también está bien y completo, con huevos, y cada día variado, de salchichas, lomo, hamburguesas pequeña, que desayunan los americanos, fruta, yogurt, pueden hacer gofres, panes distintos, dulces, baggel, en fin sales con fuerza y energía. Tiene una pequeña tienda para desavio. Mejor comprar comida fuera, en Walmart o en market good. Dónde mejor comprar agua embotellada. En el hotel son 4 dólares la botella pequeña, y en Walmart creo recordar que era 1,50. En fin la buena ubicación unida al parking gratuito lo hacen casi perfecto. En Boston los parkings son caros, uno de los económico, me costó 4 horas 40 dólares, a 10 dólares la hora. Así lo entendería cualquiera que el hecho de parking sea determinante para elegir lo como alojamiento. Volveré a ir y repetir experiencia si vuelvo a Boston.
