Hotel normal tranquilo com falta de qualidade para uma hotelaria simples muito básico

Hotel muito bom, com ótimo atendimento, localização ideal para quem fará cruzeiro partindo de Fort Lauderdale.

Excelente pra passar uma noite, super próximo do aeroporto, tem transporte a partir das 05:00, Wi-Fi, café da manhã

Bom hotel. Quartos limpos. Café da manhã estilo americano. Colaboradores atenciosos. Só a qualidade da internet é que deixou a desejar.

A pesar de no hablar Español bien, se esfornzarony para poner comunicarnos, muy buena atención, el hotel es una delicia, súper recomendado

The rooms were clean, the staff was nice. It was exactly what I needed for a night. Only downside was being able to hear someone sneeze next door---not very sound proof. But a good stay overall.

Not a good or clean option if you fly into FLL. We arrived at 6:30 PM to the airport, and called to get the airport shuttle. After many attempts of being unable to reach anyone, the front desk clerk finally answered, but then put me on an endless hold.We had to give up and take a taxi. Then the checking in process was quite slow, with only one front desk clerk. The room smelled musty, had a long tear in one of the sheets, had a loose toilet seat, and had a wad of human hair in the other bed.Overall, the hotel infrastructure and experience reminded me of an old Super 8. We have stayed at six different hotels in the Fort Lauderdale airport area, and this was the worst yet.I would not consider staying here again. Even if they had more staff, the layout and condition of the property is undesirable. Given that you can’t get anyone to take you anywhere with the shuttle, and without a car, there aren’t any decent food options near the hotel within walking distance, so we had to have a dinner of crackers from the vending machine.The hotel claims there is a brewpub nearby within walking distance, but when I called them they said they were so busy they couldn’t do takeout orders. They hotel also claims there is a Mexican restaurant within walking distance, but they close at 8 PM.

It's hard to give a review. Short-handed due to Covid. We stayed one night before our cruise, so good place to just lay your head. No frills, shuttle from the airport never showed up even after a couple of calls and an hour and a half wait. Hotel people were very friendly and courteous.

Cuartos limpios, y cómodos. El servicio de Shutle deja mucho que desear. Esperé en el aeropuerto 40min y para regresar al aeropuerto tuve que tomar un uber porque no había driver disponible.

Excelente ubicación, limpio, camas muy cómodas y la atención del front desk maravillosa! Nos ayudaron con el transporte al aeropuerto para realizarnos la prueba de Covid y nos ayudaron con el transporte al puerto del crucero

Hotel was clean, comfortable, a little luxurious even. Breakfast was delicious, omelette bacon and sausage, yogurt toast muffins & bagels, and fruit. Linda was delightful! Pool was small, but relaxing. The fitness center looked fairly updated with 5+ machines. For the price and location near the cruise port and airport you cannot beat it! A variety of delicious restaurants were in walking distance. Shuttle service was handy, but make sure you book a seat for the morning to make it to the airport/cruise port, as these must be reserved at check in!

The room was comfortable and clean. We had issues with the airport shuttle on the arrival side. We called. Waited and when a holiday inn express shuttle came, he asked which one. Not knowing the address immediately, gave the driver the phone number but he said that wasn't his hotel and as we were looking up the address of the hotel to give him, he drove away saying that it would be a different shuttle. After waiting another 20 minutes, called the hotel and was told it would be 20 more minutes. When the shuttle arrived, it was the same guy. So, we waited an hour....have the exact address ready. Going to the airport, the shuttle only runs once an hour.

Hotel con buen desayuno, habitación cómoda, pasillos y habitación con olor a humedad, la zona no es la mejor. No da para estar paseando en la calle. Solo para dormir. Lejos de ña playa

Lauren was great. Our flight got canceled last minute and the shuttle dropped us off at the wrong Holiday Inn, when we walked in the right one, she had our room ready and key in hand. She was awesome!! You need more dedicated employees like her!! Thanks Lauren!!❤ Lyndon was awesome too - he's really funny!! Got us to our location safe and sound. Hotel was clean, no complaints.
