“Free breakfast is a no go. I'm sure the days of actual breakfast are gone but it was the one part of the visit that I can't get over. The staff and everything else was incredible. It's a cashless property and the laundry is comfortable with a TV.”

“Booked to stay here for 3 days on June 10th. I was traveling with my infant and my 8 year old. I called ahead and informed the receptionist that I would be arriving later than expected. They made a note of it in the computer. When me and my children arrived, the receptionist stated that although they see the note in the computer, they gave our room away, and there was nothing they could do for me. I paid upfront, so they ended up giving me only a partial refund. Not only did I have to still pay them, but I was left stranded in an unfamiliar city with my 2 small children. I ended up having to come out of more money by booking a different hotel. It was a shocking situation. I book with Marriott often, and I’ve never been treated this way. Please don’t waste your money here.”
