For the price - unsatisfactory! We had to ask for a room change because of the unclean conditions. The replacement room wasn’t much better. The staff is nice and friendly. The view to the mangroves was the biggest draw. The tent lounge they had by the pool was my favorite place. They had an amazing singing who was on shuffle. They also had the most adorable belly dancer who tried hard to engage the crowd. There were a bunch of water activity provided in kiosks downstairs (not affiliated with the hotel), it would be lovely if they provided visitors with brochures to enjoy them.

It was our first time in Anantara we celebrated my mom's birthday there. overall experience was amazing. Relaxing, the amenities are good it could have been better if there was a beach experience on the property. The staff is friendly and approachable. They gave us a complimentary cake slice for mom appreciated the gesture. It was a memorable experience for my mom. 🙏🙂

Wonderful in terms of hospitality. Initially my wife and I had to stand at the check-in counter for 45 minutes due to the rush but as soon as we got to the counter, Mr. Ramy at the check-in was so kind and caring, he understood that we had to wait for long and he offered us the best hospitality. We were absolutely delighted by his kind gestures. Definitely visiting again just because of the excellent customer service by Mr. Ramy at check-in.

Been for a dinner the hotel atmosphere and set ups are very nice though the food is not that good, compared to even smaller restaurants food choices and the taste is disappointing. Could add more variety to address the tastes of people of UAE as multi ethnic. Went with a big hope however ended with empty stomach

First of all, I would like to mention how friendly and nice the staff is. Since the check-in, the lady at the reception greeted and upgraded my reservation to a sea view room, and sent a cake to my room, because it was my birthday, which is made my day! The facilities are gorgeous. The pool is big and amazing for the sunset. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The staff was proactive and very kind. I found everything and more of what I usually see in a hotel. Food choices and cleanliness is 10 out of 10, as well as the compliance of all the covid protocols. I would highly recommend it and, hopefully, come back.

My 4 Year Old son absolutely loved the place. The Reception, Valet and Concierge Teams were very attentive towards him and each one remembered his name. He even took pictures with them! Staff at Ingredients were also very friendly and made us feel at home. Rooms are very spacious with high standards of cleaning. Coffee machines were in good order with a selction of different Teas in the room. Amenities were of the highest quality. Rooms are well maintained and the balcony was a plus - beautiful views of the Mangroves. Staff had very good product knowledge and were extremely helpful at all times. The lifeguard was also attentive and engaged well with the children. Overall, a 5 star luxurious stay. Highly recommended.
