Hotel muito agradável. Cozinha completa, geladeira grande ajuda bastante pra quem vai passar mais dias e quer gastar menos com restaurantes. Único ponto negativo é a localização pra quem vai para a disney é mais distante.

Não faça isso. É como se eles pegassem um armário e adicionassem uma cama. O serviço ao cliente foi muito falta. Eu fiquei por uma noite e eles quádruplos cobraram minha conta. Isso mesmo. Eu estou fora 400 $ por gastar 3 horas a um cigarro empoeirado e motel de barata de cheiro de erva daninha. Eles nem me perguntaram se eu queria fumar ou não fumar. O lugar desabou e eu nem consegui dormir. Cxld minha segunda noite e Javier disse que minha conta seria creditada mas em vez disso, houve uma segunda autorização para quase 200 $ pior experiência de hotel nunca. Eles tinham um alfinete segurando a placa de piso moldada. A água estava vazando sob o AC com fios elétricos expostos. Sem sabão ou xampu para lavar as mãos. Cama e água corrente. Que é bom para um ponto de preço de 40 $ / night.

Apesar dos outros comentários, gostei muito da minha estadia aqui. O local é muito limpo e constantemente sendo cuidado. Os quartos podem ser um pouco pequenos, mas têm um fogão e a simplicidade é agradável. Era muito tranquilo e localizado perto de uma tonelada de coisas boas para fazer e comer.

Despite the other reviews, I very much enjoyed my stay here. The place is very clean and constantly being taken care of. The rooms may be a little small but they have a stovetop and the simplicity is nice. It was very quiet and located near a ton of good stuff to do and eat.

Once I got there I had roaches in the room and the room was not very private we could hear the neighbors and vice-versa so I decided to move rooms, Joamie Vazquez took really good care of us and moved us rooms. From there it went down hill. Hector gave our room to someone else and had to relocate us to another room that the A/C didn't work properly. After we came back from lunch our keys deactivated so when I told him the key card didn't work he automatically said no mask no service, we quickly put on our mask out of respect and understanding but what he did was tap a sign on the plexiglass which said (No Mask, No Service) he the said see this you must obey this talking to us like children. After that a couple came in not wearing mask and didn't tell them anything about putting on a mask.. After that incident they're was another incident when my girlfriend brought our dog to go to a restaurant that also caters to dog. She was waiting in the lobby and he automatically yelled at her saying has that dog been staying in that room this whole time you understand that is an extra charge to the room, she said no and proceeded to call her a lier. We then left to leave the dog back at her house and then I asked him what was the issue between us since we got here you have been rude and disrespectful to us since we got here, I told him we pay you for good quality and respectable service. He said if there is an issues you can gladly leave and find somewhere else to stay, I then responded is that how you treat guest that stay in your establishment why can't you be professional. He then saida get off my property i would not take this disrespect from you, with that he deactivated my room keys and told me to leave i told him not without my belongings in the room he then perceived to call the police saying I was not leaving the property and being threatening. Once we grabbed our belongings he didn't want to offer us a refund. I would not stay here again unless he no longer works for the woodspring.

Reading other review response from management, I don't think they really care about what you say here. However, heads up..sheets were dirty (blood stains and hair), I had to get a clean set and change them myself. hallways smell terrible. Near highway so very loud. Nothing to cook with in the kitchen so kitchen is useless unless you pack dishes and utensils.

Muy bien lugar excellent

Planejava ficar apenas aqui por uma semana até encontrarmos um lugar mais permanente. A taxa e os quartos eram limpos e não tivemos problemas apenas ficamos. Ótimo lugar, não sujo ou velho, deixava minha caminhonete com coisas nas traseiras o tempo todo e ninguém tocava em nada. Gostaria de recomendar a ninguém.

Planned on only staying here for a week until we could find a more permanent place. The rate and the rooms were clean and had no issues we just stayed. Great place not dirty or old I left my truck with things in the back all the time and no one ever touched anything. Would recommend to anyone.

Don't do it. It's like they took a closet and added a bed. Customer service was very lacking. I stayed for one night and they quadruple charged my account. That's right. I'm out 400$ for spending 3 hours at a dusty cigarette and weed smelling roach motel. They didn't even ask me if I wanted smoking or non smoking. The place wreaked and I couldn't even sleep. Cxld my second night and they Javier said my account would be credited but instead there was a second authorization for nearly 200$ worst hotel experience ever. They had a push pin holding up the molded floor board. Water was leaking under the AC with exposed electrical wires. No hand washing soap or shampoo. Bed and running water. Which is fine for a 40$ /night price point.
