Very nice hotel with excellent service and location. Good breakfast with variety in dishes. Its very close to the metro station for easy access around town and has included free pickup/delivery from airport. Rooms are high standard with extra items such as toothbrush/dental paste etc.

Great hotel. The pool area was under renovation but not very useable anyway in October. I think once they are done, it will be a great amenity for those desiring to relax outdoors during their stay. One of my favorite things about the hotel is it’s close proximity to the airport, the IFEMA convention center and the subway system.

We had a lovely stay in Madrid and in your hotel. Perfect location within 20-30 mins from the center of Madrid and close to the airport in the other direction....., Being located near a Metro Stop made everything so easy, and the Free Airport Shuttle made it even better (got to the airport within a few mins for an early flight) ....., Located in a nice suburb of Madrid with a good selection of nice cafes and bars around to experience the lovely Authentic feel of Madrid (away from the tourist areas). The hotel was everything you want, clean, well-located, with very helpful staff and good value. We didn't eat there, as we ate out all the time, so I can't comment about that aspect of the hotel. We were there in mid-October, so it seemed very quiet being that time of the year. But we would stay here again. It was great

This is a fabulous and super efficient hotel with no fuss, just great service. We returned for the first time in four years and the standards are still high, the receptionist was exceptional, I should have got her name. We come to watch Atletico Madrid and the stadium is a 2 km walk.

The bathroom floor was so slippery I fell down twice and bruised my knee. Very few of the staff spoke any english which made communication very difficult. I asked for a queen bed and they did not provide it saying they didn't have any more but I requested it during booking not at the site. They recommended that I (by myself) move the beds but between the beds there was a small cabinet which had a lamp on so I asked them to move it but they said do it yourself. Also opening the pool at 11 o'clock is the worst. Recommended hours to be at the sun are before 11 o'clock. The pool needs to be open way earlier. One of the staff members was very helpful overall (I forgot his name, but he was tall dark haired young man). Overall for 200 euro a night it was not worth it.

Very good location close to the airport and close enough to the city and metro. Staff was equally very good, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a bit on the small size but good enough for the price!

Good hotel at an afortable price. What's not to like. Very nice bathroom. Excellent car service to the airport (less than 10 minutes away). And that's included in the payment for the hotelroom. Talk about service.

We were attending a wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when needing last-minute help like printing a written speech or getting an envelope. Besides, a friend was flying very early in the morning and there was an option of a picnic breakfast to take along. And it would have been a pity to miss it as breakfast was also quite varied and good. Also when we did the booking the price was kept at the original price agreed with the couple of the wedding (they reserved 15 rooms beforehand at a certain price), although the deadline to keep that price and do the booking was passed.

A very lovely hotel. It's not too far from the metro station and has free airport transfer. There are an assortment of bars and restaurants just across the street. I was very pleased with how clean the room was and how comfortable the beds were. There's a nice breakfast spread, perfect for a quick bite before you leave in the morning. I can't forget to mention the staff, everyone I encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Our experience had been very great, the hotel is very quiet and the staff were lovely and friendly. The girls on the bar Rachel and the new one are excellent and funny. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Just a little things with the bathroom: the silicone on the bath corner is a little black and the bath tub was stained, deteriorated I think so(418 room).

Well the hotel was good but more of boutique hotel facility rather than 4 Star Hotel. As we didnât get any water as complimentary. And everything was done by ourself for e.g. carrying baggage Though...
