Mí experiencia fue exorbitante. El cuarto estaba muy bien, limpio, ordenado y contaba con todo lo necesario y más!. El conjunto de sabanas, almohadas y colchón son de la mejor calidad, brindándome reconfortantes noches de sueño profundo. La atención al cliente, que decir, fantástica, todos los empleados brindando disposición full time 24/7, no dejan pasar una. Pero lo que coronaestá puntuación perfecta, lo que pudo lograr esa quinta y tan desea por todo servicio, estrella, fue el restaurant "el toro". Empecemos por los platos, que platos!! Comida suficiente para llenarse con solo la mitad de lo brindado y a su vez un manjar de tal nivel como para terminarlo y todo esto a precios accesibles a un simple trabajador del rubro de la comida rápida como lo soy yo. Sigamos con la calidad humana de los trabajadores, que creo yo, acá se realizó el foco. Empleados carismáticos, veloces, con una sonrisa tatuada que se transmite a de una punta del salon a la otra. Parece desarrollaron ojos en la espalda por su capacidad para brindar atención a cosas que no están en su alcanceocular y como si esto fuera poco una capacidad sobre humana para predecir lo que uno quiere y necesita. Y por último pero obviamente no menos importante, la joya delrestaurant, la joven apodada "lucy", que maravilla de persona. No voy a explayarme en su descripción para que el lector de esta reseña vaya y la descubra si mismo. Un cara que quedará encofrada en mí memoria.

Fico neste hotel quase semanalmente e sempre gostei da simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários em todo o hotel. Eles sempre me recebem pelo nome na recepção, que eu nunca sei como eles se lembram de mim com todos os outros hóspedes, mas isso torna este hotel convidativo e diminui a sensação de não estar em casa. Conheço Evelynn no restaurante há anos, e sempre é simpática e tem um sorriso para cumprimentar a todos. Ótimo trabalho, recepção, manutenção da casa, funcionários do restaurante e qualquer outra pessoa que eu possa ter perdido. Mantenha o bom trabalho.

Hotel Novo. Quartos muito bons

I stay at this hotel almost weekly and have always enjoyed the friendliness and professionalism of staff throughout the hotel. They always greet me by name at the front desk, which I never know how they remember me with all of there other guest, but it does make this hotel inviting and lessens the feeling of not being home. I've know Evelynn in the restaurant for years, and always is friendly and has a smile to greet everyone. Great job, front desk, house keeping, restaurant staff and anyone else that I may have missed. Keep up the good work.

Viajo com frequência e sou leal ao Marriott há décadas. Como muitas pessoas, minha viagem mudou devido ao COVID. Hospedando-se em outras propriedades Marriott, vejo as medidas tomadas para reduzir a disseminação do COVID. Durante minha estada no início deste mês, vi alguns passos fracos que pareciam indiferentes e muitas lacunas no "Compromisso com a Limpeza" do Marriott. Eu vi três estações de higienização de mãos, duas na recepção e uma nos elevadores do primeiro andar - essas eram as únicas no prédio. Nenhum no bar e nenhum no restaurante. O restaurante servia um buffet de pequeno-almoço, os hóspedes serviam-se a si próprios, levantando as tampas e usando pinças (com as mãos não higienizadas) e as pinças utilizadas em várias estações caíam directamente na comida. Durante meu café da manhã, não vi nenhum funcionário limpando a fila do bufê. Às vezes, o que você não vê é pior, então você não pensa sobre isso, mas com todas as preocupações óbvias, tornou o desconhecido mais preocupante.Eu ia esquecer, mas recebi um e-mail do hotel solicitando que eu respondesse a uma pesquisa. I want to highlight Darren, Lauren, Zallah, Dean, and Velinda. My experience started with Darren, I’m not sure what engine is in that shuttle, but he arrived at the airport in record breaking time. It was nice to be welcome by such a sweet spirit in the morning. Lauren checked me in and went above the call of duty making sure I had everything I needed and gave me the best room overlooking the pool. I was impressed by her ability to multitask with the phone, dispatching calls over the radio and still give me the attention I needed; while the other agents just stood by having private conversations. The room was cozy and I was able to enjoy the Manchester United live game on the huge flat screen TV. Before a night out on the town, Zallah from the front desk took a few photos for me in my snazzy outfit; let’s just say she understood the assignment; loving my pics. Dean handled a neighboring room of rowdy guest (at12AM) with class & professionalism; he even extended the offer to switch my room and late checkout. Last but not least, Velinda made my breakfast experience a memorable one. She knew I was exhausted but found a way to wake me up with her bubbly personality. She was so sweet and delivered first class service. The food at the buffet was fresh and all areas were well presented. The Bar is breathtaking, the fish tacos were delicious. Hold on to these hoteliers, they are making a difference. Please recognize them.Housekeeping missed a few spots with an old wrist band from another hotel in the couch and the white comforter/sheets had stains. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of name recognition in this hotel. Nobody knows their colleagues name.

This hotel is great, the location is fantastic, the staff are amazing , the room is stunning, the gym is super high tech and the restaurant is great.. I strongly recommend anyone who wants to be close to miami , Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton to stay here. One of the staff members Evelyn from Constellation Cafe really made my day, she’s warm friendly and makes the best suggestions for breakfast…

I am a frequent traveller and have been loyal to Marriott for decades. Like many people, my travel has changed due to COVID. Staying at other Marriott properties I see the steps taken to reduce the spread of COVID. During my stay earlier this month, I saw some weak steps which seemed half-hearted and many gaps in Marriott's "Commitment to Clean". I did see three hand sanitizing stations, two at the front desk and one by the first floor elevators -- those were the only ones in the building. None at the bar and none at the restaurant. The restaurant was serving a buffet breakfast, guests serving themselves, lifting lids and using tongs (with unsanitized hands) and the tongs used were at several stations dropped directly in the food. During my breakfast I did not see any employee cleaning the buffet line. Sometimes what you don't see is worse so you don't think about it, but with all the obvious concerns it made the unknown more troubling..I was going to forget about it, but received an email request from the hotel for me to take a survey. I took the survey and it had places for me to tell those same comments. I received a form letter reply that they would look into it and they NEVER got back with me. I contacted Marriott, they seemed very concerned. They contacted the hotel's executive team and told me they would get back with me -- they NEVER did. I contacted Marriott *again* telling them that the property did not get back with me. This is how they treated a Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member.I am still traveling but considering all options when I do. I am in Fort Lauderdale once a month or so and while I like the location of the Le Méridien, I can't comfortably stay there.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Clean and pleasant hotel. Super nice rooms and comfortable beds. Shamica at the front desk is the nicest person ever and was extremely helpful. Would def stay again.

Uma bela estadia com uma localização conveniente em relação ao aeroporto e às empresas de cruzeiros. A comida do restaurante do hotel é de primeira qualidade. O serviço é ainda melhor. Estou fazendo esta avaliação de um navio de cruzeiro e posso dizer que este hotel tinha uma cama melhor. Dormi como um bebê!

Somos membros titanium e posso dizer-lhe que o hotel foi absolutamente o pior dos 3 Marriott's em que ficamos nesta viagem. Você pode ouvir os quartos acima de você e de cada lado se você. Ouvimos barulho de estradas e aviões. A equipe e comida no pequeno Café era rude e horrível. As únicas coisas boas eram a piscina e a localização do aeroporto. Nós tínhamos até mesmo organizado para check-out tardio e eles nos verificaram e desligaram nossas chaves duas vezes ... ninguém parecia se importar!

We are titanium members and I can tell you the hotel was absolutely the worst out of the 3 Marriott's we stayed at this trip. You can hear the rooms above you and on each side if you. We heard road noise and planes. The staff and food at the little Cafe was rude and horrible. The only good things were the pool and location to the airport. We had even arranged for late check-out and they checked us out and turned off our keys twice.... nobody seemed to even care!

A beautiful stay with a convenient location relative to airport and cruise lines. The in house restaurant food is top notch. The service is even better. I'm doing this review from a Cruise ship and I can tell you this hotel had a better bed. Slept like a baby!

Nothing in walking distance from hotel. Transportation from Airport available. Modern chrome look. Odd room layout. Food and service at hotel restaurant was good. Hotel was pretty deserted.
