Great location for families with kids. Relaxed and green area with many trees and flowers. You actually do not feel as in the hotel. Food is relatively good, but breakfast is same and after few days you are not too hurry at the morning. There is a swimming pool for small kids what can keep them busy for hours :-)

Where to begin when there is so much to say about this spot! Leat start with location, this massive resort is just a short drive from the air port and is set up right next to a beautifully blue sea that is full of marine life!(due to the patches of coral reef right of beach) along with its azure water the hotel and the grounds it sits on are delightfully tropical and well kept. As for the rooms are spacious and clean with enough space simply lounge around or throw a small party. This wonderful site is made even better with its all inclusive aspect that offers a variety of place to grab a bite to eat or a cocktail to sip on tanning poolside. As a matter of fact there are so many options in the evening you might just have to get a reservation at one of the several restaurant options. However the main dinning area seem to suit most with its all you can eat style and careful plating on proportioned items! One could say this spot is perfect... However while most of the resort is top notch there was one major slip that i must mention. This being my families experience with the "best" restaurant Brave. Now nothing was wrong with the food but the service was horrifyingly bad. Now I don't often put down places that are busy because as some one who been in service for a min it ,bad service happens its a part of life, but what is unforgivable is the fact my family waited nearly 40 mins to get our order taken. While people with reservations after we arrived had not only their apps out and done but their mains too! This problem was made worse by the fact there were nearly 10 plus severs for a seventeen table restaurant. That in its self was bad but the floor mangers disinterest in fixing the only compounded things further, and I don't mean there was a lack of action on their part i mean there was no action on managements party which is had to do when we were seated right next to the sever station. However this blemish does not speak for the service of the whole hotel it was over all very good, but if brave is its crown jewel then it has made the whole hotel look poor. Over all the idea of visiting again is very appealing to me due to the very friendly staff located every where else but brave but chances are if i do go back i will not be stepping foot in their "premier" restaurant Bravo.

Love everything about this resort! The staff is amazing in all areas. Emily,Danny and Armando at the buffet went above and beyond attending us. The staff at the bars are all amazing and the drinks were great. The resort has several pools, well spaced out. The kids and teens all loved this place as well.

This is my 3rd time. The food was great. We can't complain but there's no many varieties like they have in my previous visit. I believe is because Covid-19.Danilo is great guy. I met him.The bar services are great. Friendly guys and nice. Recommendable.

It is great place in Punta Cana! I spent there my Honeymoon and i think it was th e best decision to visit this hotel. Service was so nice, resort really beautiful and what is the most important beach was stunning <3 I really love and recommend this place :)

Pretty amazing hotel, adults only, great food, respectful with the local biome considering season to fish certain fish and crustaceans, reducing single plastic usage, amongst one of the most amazing beaches in the entire caribbean. Totally recommended

The workers here are very friendly and hard working. They always seemed to be focused on the goal in keeping the tourists satisfied. Especially Michael, greatest worker here ever! The environment is beautiful. The only thing I could say here is to remove the Kahoot shows, as this is really not the type of thing that I was expecting here, and replace them with Karaokes. Everything else is smooth, I especially loved the music here, always adds a nice atmospheric effect.

I believe that have found my place to stay in Punta Cana! Honestly, I liked everything in this hotel. The reception staff, omg they are just the best. Everyone in there is very kind and helpful. The room is spotless! Food was great, we loved the Mexican restaurant, and breakfast was our favorite at the buffet. It was our perfect vocation!!!

Precioso hotel, 1000% recomendado. Gran diferencia en calidad, comodidad y gastronomía frente a otras opciones en Punta Cana. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, con un delicioso colchón que te abraza, una sala interna y terraza externa. Las áreas comunes muy bien cuidadas, llenos de vegetación variada y animales en la laguna del comedor del desayuno. La gastronomía y las bebidas, delicioso todo. El personal del hotel es súper amable, siempre preocupados por hacernos tener una excelente estadía, personas alegres y amigables. Cuando vuelva, sin dudarlo será la opción a elegir!!!

Excelente hotel. Cómodo bien diseñado y te deja con gratos recuerdo el visitar punta cana. Por la pandemia tenía reducidos el número de restaurantes así como las actividades, el personal en general es amable y solo uno que otro pequeño detalle.

I am currently staying at this resort with my husband. The room is very nice, with a great view and the staff is wonderful, however i am very unhappy. I would not recommend.. the only food available with your all inclusive is buffet. The restaurants have not even been an option for us; room service, two choices, pizza or burgers. The room has no air conditioning, or it doesn’t work, just a fan. . No night life at all, pool closes at 7. & the casino is closed, would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Beautiful view from our room is the best this place has to offer. That is if you get pool/ocean view.

The resort is fantastic! The employees are extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very comfortable, and the pool and beach areas were pristine. The meals were delicious and the drinks were always well made. My husband and I really enjoyed my time there. The staff may or may not speak English but they were always polite even when our Spanish was barely understandable. COVID has of course affected a lot of the resort but they have done a stellar job of making accommodations for safety and cleanliness. Overall we were very happy with the experience and will definitely be going back.

We were told everything was open here and that was a lie. The coffee bar- closed The casino- closed. The gym- closed. The restaurants were rotating and menu was limited. Entertainment was so-so. The staff was wonderful and accommodating if you understand Spanish. If you don’t speak Spanish, good luck. Not coming back

Bom dia. Quero aqui nessa mensagem expressar apenas um terço de nossa insatisfação com o resort!!! Um dos principais motivos que nos fez escolher Iberostar, foi o número de restaurantes e opções de comidas e bebidas. Pois é o que mais presamos em nossas férias. Tal qual que fazemos uma vez no ano, e posso assegurar que está sendo uma das piores que já fiz, ou seja esperamos um ano por elas para ter essa decepção. Devido a pandemia indagamos a nossa agência se estava tudo funcionando, como academia, todos os restaurantes e serviços. Porém chegando aqui, tivemos uma grande surpresa, estavam funcionando apenas alguns restaurantes totalizando 2 a 3 sendo que um deles para o café da tarde serve somente hambúrguer e batata fritas(que por um acaso eu e minha amiga não comemos, ou seja, ficamos sem comer do meio dia até as 18:30 da tarde, sendo que era para estarem em funcionamento 16 restaurantes e já estava esquecendo que era pra ter mais um espaço que serviriam picolé e sorvetes..No almoço vários pratos não são repostos. Sorvete do almoço quando fui pegar tinha encerrado. Quando chegamos no resort o nosso banheiro estava sujo de sangue. ( absurdo ) lembrando que estamos em um pandemia onde a limpeza deveria ser 100%. Estamos desapontados, eu aqui nas férias perdendo tempo reclamando , me frustrando por conta de um resort totalmente despreparado para receber os clientes. O pior de tudo isso é que meu aniversário e vou passar me incomodando. Neste momento Não indico para ninguém!!!! Estamos Extremamente indignados, Sendo que a agência de viagens nos repassou que estava tudo funcionando normalmente, indagamos diversas vezes, chegando aqui uma grande decepção, vários serviços não estão funcionando como por exemplo sala de jogos e academia. Estamos nos sentindo extremamente lesados. Nós e nossos 2 amigos, que fizemos questão de estar comemorando esse momento especial onde comemoro mais um ano de vida e somos iludidos...

Estuve del 23 al 24 de octubre 2020y lamentablemente no estuvo como en otras ocasiones, lamentablemente el hotel no cuenta con un buen sistema de higienización mediante lo que estamos viviendo actualmente, en los restaurantes los camareros no higienizaban las mesas al momento de que una persona se retiraba, lamentablemente permitían que otra persona sesentarán sin higienizar la mesas, este hotel cuenta con 6 restaurante y esosdías solo estaba disponible un común y uno a la carta, lo que implica que a lahora de la comida, desayuno y cena hay un cúmulo de personas, el cual no cumplimos con cierto distanciamiento, dicho hotelcontaba con el 50% de opedaje al rededor de 800 personas., De igual forma el hotel siguió con el sistema de los showsdonde hubo un cúmulo de personas sin mascarilla y personal del staff llamaban alas personas para competir en los bailes donde la persona no tenían mascarilla y no cumplían con el distanciamiento, Doy muchas gracias a la Srta. Jessica Ponce gerente de división que atendió mi queja y tomo las medidas correspondientes para mejorar esta situación, sabemos que es difícil tratar con personas y se entiende que es un nuevo método ya que cuando cambia el entorno cambian las estrategias, en conclusión el hotel debe reforzar lo antes posible estás medidas para cumplir con la política establecida localmente.

A pesar de la pandemia por COVID 19 y no estar disponible algunos restaurantes los camareros nos dieron excelente servicio con sus excepciones, aunque deben poner más diversión como toboganes para adultos etc.

As I said my hotel room phone was not working and i was not going to assume from the first day that i was going to have days of this nightmare. You all should of stated that or have told me when I placed this order over the phone. The beach was filty and unattened to and i almost drowned. There was no one around in the day time and no life guard in sight. This is really heartbreaking because i literally lost my job and i just wanted to have a relaixng b day trip. I didnot tell the hotel but i have been to DR in the past and i dont speak spanish but i understand Spanish well enough. This hotel is extremely unprofessional and discriminatestheir guests. I felt my life was at risk due to the cult like efforts from staff,after being possibly poisoned from the liquor, no working telephone, not having anyone fix my room door lock etc!! I left feeling harassed from staff with constant nasty remarks about me due to my race and that i would never want anyone to experience. Jetblue needs to do yourself a favor and do not continue to work with this resort or company. I will make sure to take legal matters as well as posting my honest experience and reviewing this resort on various sites if this cannot be resolved.Website false advertising: Attached you will see the photos stating the entertainment options and room details which was a complete lie. There was no sort of consistent entertainment being held at the hotel; no water sports, no disco, golf, sports, water sports etc no anything. Now in regards to the jetbluevacation advertisement also complete false advertising. I paid for a junior suite room and it was nasty. There were dusty old sheets, the drinks were hot and dusty in the fridge that didnot work. see pictures attached. The biggest misleading thing ever was that it stated that there was a shower/tub combo. I have a rare condition in which i need a bath. I was told there would be one when i called prior to getting there but when i arrived no room had a bath. Noel the manager said the had renovated all the rooms and that what was online was different now at the resort. Then the bathroom had no door and i was told by a woman that yes it did. We literally went back in forth and she insisted it did. This is completely false advertising. i had room service come 2 out of 5 times. no working phone, no daily minibar service, no in-room butler, semi-private pool, no bathrobes and slippers we actually had to take them from the first room out of the 3 rooms we had to change to. Also you will see again it says separate bath tube and shower which was a lie, no pillow menu, no coffee maker, no whirlpool bath etc just a complete lie, no working ac in the 2 out of the 3 rooms just a mess. We didn't receive our complimentary massage, nor guaranteed room upgrade, nor spa wet area. Instead, every time a new issue occurred they would say well see if we can upgrade but it would be $200 each night by the 5th night they finally changed my room but they were supposed to do that regardless. I didn't get any resort credit of $600 neither.Time share: Every single hour of each day we were there we were cornered by either Willy, Noel, King or the young lady but I cant recall her name. She was the worst she literally begged me and my partner and harassed us for days asking for us to come to this special breakfast that we would get $70 credit to use. First off we were supposed to automatically get $600 in credit and secondly i am not stupid. They all disguised this time timeshare meeting as a special breakfast that they wanted us to attend since we had so much bad experiences. I am just happy that i was not dumb enough to go. It literally felt like a cult and it was so odd because they all dressed differently there was not a consistent uniform. After she broke down and got upset that we would not go she stopped talking to us and stopped helping us around the resort. She literally begged us to come so misleadingly and unprofessional.

Es un paraíso, donde la naturaleza y la mano del hombre te muestran como descansar y disfrutar una vacaciones sin igual. Un personal altamente calificado y muy amable una gigantescas instalaciones adaptadas a la realidad que nos ha tocado vivir en pleno 2020, les diría que hay que visitarlo y contactarlo por uno mismo. Las palabras quedan cortas al querer explicar lo bien que se puede pasar las vacaciones soñadas allí. Con su pareja, familia o amigos este es un lugar que merece sus ***** 5 estrellas.....Lo recomiendo sinceramente es una experiencia inigualable. Josebdm. Se los asegura. Crealo.

Beach for days!!! Great food and service. Coral Level rooms are just steps away from the beach. We went just days after tropical storm Laura passed through and the Beach and water were gorgeous. A tractor would patrol up and down the beach removing seaweed as soon as it landed.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are excellent. The service is excellent. The beach is beautiful . They haven’t opened all the restaurants so the food choices are limited. Also if you want peace and quiet don’t go during the weekend, locals go to the hotel and it is their custom to bring boomboxes and they all pley theirs at once in loud volume and there’s nothing the staff can do about even if you ask them to tell them to lower the volume.

O serviço está abaixo das expectativas para um hotel desta qualidade. Funcionários de baixa qualidade e cuidado profissional em muitos sectores. Destaco pela positiva na animação Rosa, no serviço de restaurante Maria e Juan e um trio impecável no bar da praia Ernestina; Francisco e José Manuel, muito pouco para um hotel deste calibre. Mesas por levantar durante muito tempo causando falta de mesas mesmo numa altura de pouca afluência no hotel, demora no serviço de mesa as refeições,limpeza não tão cuidada nos quartos. Falta também alguém que recolha copos na praia embora seja do dever de cada um levar de novo o seu copo, tal não acontece nem ninguém o recolhe,logo a imagem matinal da praia é muito má. Contudo no geral e um bom hotel, com bom ambiente e tranquilo, apenas falta limar estas arestas para atingir um patamar que seguramente a cadeia pretende.

Resort de alto nível bom atendimento localização privilegiada layout bem interessante com várias atividades para as crianças bons restaurantes alimentação bem variada quartos amplos e bem cuidado preço dentro do padrão para o oferecido. Recomendo.

We had a great trip and the hotel was just as we had hoped, if not better. Not too rowdy, not too quiet. Lots to do on the beach, the hotel staff were very friendly, the site was beautifully maintained. The food was excellent at the buffets - a surprising amount of vegan options we truly enjoyed! Everyone was checking in to ensure we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Loved it, and would definitely go back!

Hotel Grande, porém com muitas deficiências.A limpeza do quarto é péssima durante a estadia.Copos são lavados na pia do banheiro e são secos com as toalhas sujas de rosto. As camareiras gritam de um bangalô para outro sem pensar q há hóspedes dormindo, já q são 8 quartos por bangalôs.Os restaurantes bons precisam reservas, mas como é alta temporada, embora o valor da diária seja muito mais elevado, não há vagas.Então não se iluda com o número de restaurantes...você vai comer no almoço e janta sempre no mesmo, que é FRACO se comparar com os demais resorts 5 estrelas de Punta Cana. Alguns garçons foram bem legais, mas outros não limpavam as mesaso que fazia com que a gente precisasse pedir para limpar uma mesa e poder sentar.Lamentável.Triste é pagar e não ter o que pagou.A psrte bonita são os jardins. Postarei fotos. Com certeza não ficaremos novamente neste Resort.

Hotel maravilhoso, espaçoso de forma que nunca parece cheio, mesmo estando. Ambiente tranquilo e cheio de natureza!

Fomos com em um grupo de 10 pessoas para realizar o casamento no local. No momento do check-in solicitamos um upgrade de quarto devido ao fato que iriamos casar no local e estávamos levando todo o grupo. O atendente disse que Ok, mas quando chegamos no quarto, não tinha nada de mais, além de estar sujo e o ar-condicionado não funcionava. No quarto da minha irmã que era convidada havia espumantes e chocolates.Após duas tentativas de manutenção no ar-condicionado solicitamos uma troca de quarto, até porque tínhamos a impressão de que não eram feitas as higienizações necessárias no sistema do ar, o que acabou causando uma crise de tosse na minha esposa.Fora os quartos que são antigos, a estrutura do hotel é Ok. O local possuiu duas piscinas, áreas de entretenimento, cassino, disco, bares e restaurantes, mas não voltamos mais.

Que lugar para se esquecer da realidade, vale cada centavo investido nessa viagem, estrutura fantástica, ótimo atendimento, os quartos são em estilo de casas, muito melhor que aptos, no meu tinha: banheiro com hidromassagem, sala com sofá, tv e sacada, além deuma cama confortável e chuveiro de ótima qualidade. As instalações são na beira do mar, piscina e restaurante sempre a disposição, show todos os dias e bares por todos lados. Voltaria com toda certeza!!

Update: 12.7.21. I was contacted by Iberostar and they are working on a resolution. I appreciate the effort and hope that the resolution will help to remedy my opinion of Ibersotar's customer...
