TÍPICO HOTEL DE AEROPORTO Um hotel com todas as facilidades de uma unidade de aeroporto, entretanto abaixo das unidades Hilton fora dos EUA (como sempre) uma vez que nos EUA Hilton é uma bandeira upper scale (3-4 estrelas) essa unidade fica ao lado do Hampton JFK (bandeira middle scale da rede Hilton, 2-3 estrelas) Pontos positivos: :-) Shuttle a cada 30 minutos partindo do Federal Circle.:-) Shuttle a cada 30 minutos partindo do hotel em direção aos terminais.:-) Executive Lounge aberto das 06 as 21h com máquina da café, água, sucos, refrigerante, snaks em saquinhos, barra de cereais e frutas disponível gratuitamente a todos os hóspedes com acesso ao lounge.:-) Chave eletrônica através do smartphone, ideal para quem não quer perder tempo fazendo check-in na recepção.Pontos negativos: :-( Não cumprem todas as regras do programa Hilton HHonors.:-( Não oferecem Premium internet aos clientes HHonors Diamond (como previsto nas regras).:-( Happy hour oferecido no lounge é muito fraco (muito diferente dos baquetes oferecidos nas unidades fora dos EUA, onde várias opções de bebidas alcoólicas estão incluídas).DICA: Se você estiver esperando o Shuttle do Hilton no Federal e o Shuttle do Hampton passar antes, você poder pegar, basta avisar o motorista que ele o lavara ao Hilton. This is probably the worst Hilton brand hotel I’ve stayed in for as long as I can remember. The customer service was terrible at the front desk, which really is what killed our very brief stay. We had requested that a crib be placed in our room weeks in advance. When we arrived we found that it was not in our room. We asked to have it placed in our room as soon as possible, as we were arriving late from a long flight and our toddler was already up way past his bedtime. It took them over an hour to get the crib to our room. One particular staff member was very rude to me when I asked for an update. Other than that the room was what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel, the restaurant/bar was good and I had great service from the bartender. So I’d recommend the bar, that’s about all.

Staff at restaurant was very friendly. Room and hotel in general was dated but clean and no complaints. Only issue worth 1/2 star was that the snack vending machine asked for coin only so I got coins and the coin dropped straight to the coin return. I didn’t get the impression that the front desk could help with that. Taking shuttle tomorrow. Hoping for the best.

Our rooms were clean and hotel staff was courteous and professional.Valet staff also helpful and professional. Parking is tight, it I why they have valet. We drove in . Know your traffic times. I would stay there again if visiting the area. Restaurant on-site a plus.

The room was fine the air conditioner was nosy. The concierge was very friendly and polite. The breakfast had a lot of processed food and was not healthy enough for a proper breakfast. The staff serving the breakfast was not polite they were extremely rude especially towards my children when they were still looking for what they were going to eat. Upon arrival we were told the pool was not functioning but were not told that upon making the reservation and booking and paying for the room. We expected a lot more from Hilton, as the Previous Hilton's we stayed in had provided a better and excellent service.

It's not the newest or freshest, but the people are nice, and all the stuff you need is there. Much better than most places we've stayed near JFK--- a little roomier, a little more thought given to what you might need.The staff at the restaurant was really great.If you're stuck at JFK, it's a good place to stay.

We needed a place to stay overnight on our way back from an international trip before our final flight home. We opted for the Hilton as they have a pool and our son loves to swim. Turns out, the pool isn't open because of COVID (in June of 2022!). Our room was clean, but smelled like mold. The A/C kicked on regularly and sounded like a plane landing which woke us up multiple times in the night. The restaurant was way over-priced. The staff were friendly and the shuttle to the airport was convenient. Don't expect anything super nice.

Strange place. The staff at the check in desk just isn't helpful. When checking in, I felt like I was playing 100 questions, as the dude was providing zero information. When I checked out, I asked I requested a bill with just the room and taxes (our finance people are annoying when the receipt shows food and drink). She said no problem, but she also told me she could NOT print; but she told me she'd email it to me. Finally got the email; nothing she said was accurate and the restaurant credit was NOT applied. Requiring a call later to get it fixed. The place is dated and the furniture has seen better days. One weird thing is the sink faucet barely reached the sink, so its difficult to wash your hands and such as water ends up all over the counter. The star of the room is the shower; very nice and HOT water. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive, no complaints there.

The room was just a room. There was nothing particularly splendid, but the rooms were clean and prepared. All of the staff were very nice. The shuttles are convenient but one definitely needs to be deep cleaned and they both need mechanical service. There were no problems or difficulties with this stay. Of course for the price, I have stayed in far more luxurious rooms with grand presentation, exceptional amenities, and free breakfast that exceeded all expectations! All together, this experience was underwhelming.

Un desastre, reserve este alojamiento por que necesitaba el traslado que ofrecen por internet y cuando llego me dicen que no tienen más.. muy malo y no dan ninguna solución,si ponen que una de las ventajas de su hotel es el traslado gratuito al aeropuerto se tienen que hacer responsables

I thought Hilton had a good rep and was looking forward to our stay. DISSAPPOINTED ! 2 star because of the customer service and food. Neither was good. Food was fair at best. Not even a house made salad dressing.My sons dressing tasted spoiled. Replaced with a prepackaged ranch. So we were told that we get a $15/ per person food credit in the hotel. Had a dinner and the waitress suggested we take the larger bill (my husband and I ) so we could take $30 off. Because our son reserved the rooms on his credit card we were denied the credit and not in a polite or empathetic way.She was curt to put it nicely. And no other solution was was considered or discussed. Our credit card was demanded immediately ! I also requested a washcloth and a container of cream rinse from the housekeeper and told there was none available ! Really, in a 12 story hotel ! No washcloths or rinse!?

The hotel was clean, staff were professional.Bed was comfortable.Room can do better with some noise reduction.I was hearing noise from the neighboring rooms.The main issue for me was the shuttle pickup.I had to wait upwards of 45 - 50 minutes for the shuttle pickup.I had called them from the airport and informed of my waiting, and despite that the shuttle didn't show up for a very long time.It was frustrating to see multiple shuttle trips for other hotels pass by while I continued to wait for the hilton shuttle to pick me up.

The hotel itself is very nice the bathroom are clean and the room are nice. There is only valet parking and it is 25.00 a day a bit expensive I think. Love that they do the shuttle to JFK. Just the area itself is ghetto getting there doesn't feel too safe to even walk around. There is really nothing to do around there especially if you don't have a vehicle.

The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are nice and clean. I had an issue with one of the cleaning staff members and it was addressed.However, BEWARE I would not advise using the valet service. The attendants are very reckless with your car. I witnessed, with my own two eyes. the young guy speed off with my brand new Genesis 2021 truck and almost crashed into the car in front of him, after profusely honking my horn. He peels off again screeching my brand new tires. I confronted him with one of the ladies from the front desk and his excuse was, "the car in front of him cut him off". I made a complaint and I was doubled charged for the service, which I am currently disputing. Horrible valet service. You have been warned.

The website does not accurately reflect the present amenities. We specifically chose this hotel and paid much more than other airport hotels because they advertised a pool and Starbucks coffee on site. Since we were traveling with a toddler we wanted a pool. Since we had an early flight, we wanted to be able to get Starbucks and a muffin. The pool is closed. Starbucks is on,y open on weekends. They have no child’s menu. To make things worse, one of the elevators was broken. They tried repairing it on the lobby floor. As a result, non of the other elevators would open, even when they reached the lobby. After a half hour wait and a long line to get on an elevator, we walked up 5 flights of stairs! If you just need a hotel with a bed and shuttle, there are less expensive options. Also, we booked two rooms but they only gave the $15 food credit to one room. If you need two rooms, book them separately. Disappointing- hopefully they will update their site.

Very good stay for one night. Airport shuttle was quick and efficient. Front desk service was quite friendly and helpful. You could hear the planes flying near by a bit, but that is to be expected with being so close to the airport. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Would stay again.

We had reservations, when we got to the hotel after midnight, they told us they had a maintenance issue, therefore there is no room available. Keep in mind their “ maintenance problem” was at 11am, that gave them a good 12 hours to call or email all the guests to let them know. Not only they didn’t prevent us, but when we called for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, they had us wait out in the rain for 30 minutes before being brought into the hotel just to tell us there is no room. But wait, as we are figuring out why we cannot get in our rooms ( at least 4 separate families with children), JetBlue crew members walked in and they had rooms reserved for them. When I asked what was the difference, the hotel manager stated, “well, we have a corporate contract with them”. I will give a copy of the recordings to my lawyer as soon as I get to Houston.

My overall stay was great. The air conditioning unit was very loud so we chose to only run it for a few minutes and then shut it off. The weather was great so there was no reason to keep it on. We were able to have parking every night. My only other issue was the fact that I was told that I could have a microwave brought to our room....well that never happened. After asking for the first two nights of my three night stay, I just didn't ask anymore. The place was very clean so no problem there. I will stay there again in the future.

Es un buen hotel para pasar la noche antes de un vuelo temprano. El shuttle salió muy puntual. Tuve un problema con el A/C que arreglaron bastante rápido. En general lo recomiendo.
